The Correlations Between The Variety Of RDW、NLR、ALB And Arteriosclerosis Obliterans Of Lower Limb

Objective :To investigate the correlation between the levels of red blood cell distribution width(RDW),neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR),albumin(ALB)and arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO),and to provide some help and theoretical basis for the early diagnosis and clinical individualized treatment of ASO.Methods: From January 2016 to January 2018,200 patients with ASO diagnosed by exclusion criteria were selected as the case group.according to Rutherford classification criteria,the cases were divided into R2(44 cases),R3(57 cases),R4(27 cases),r5(39 cases),R6(33 cases).Another 60 cases were selected as control group.All the subjects were treated with general clinical data statistics and laboratory indicators at admission.the data were collected and analyzed.the differences between the two groups in RDW,NLR and ALB levels were observed.the correlation between RDW,NLR and ALB levels and ASO occurrence and vascular lesion degree was explored.Results: 1.The results of univariate analysis showed that the two groups were evenly distributed among sex,hypertension history,diabetes history and smoking history,which had good comparability and had no influence on the final study factors.The levels of NLR,RDW and ALB in Patients with Lower limb ASO were significantly higher than those in control group(p < 0.05).the levels of RDW and NLR in Patients with Lower limb ASO were(3.26 3.07)% and(14.20 1.89)respectively,which were higher than those in control group(1.72 0.58)% and(12.63 0.59).Alb(39.00 4.06)g / l in the case group was lower than that in the control group(44.06 3.06).2.With Rutherford’s grade increasing,the RDW level in each subgroup of the case group also gradually increased,while ALB level gradually decreased.Correlation analysis showed that RDW level was positively correlated with Rutherford grade(r = 0.581,p < 0.001).Alb level was negatively correlated with Rutherford grade(r =-0.513,p < 0.001).NLR level increased with Rutherford grade.However,NLR levels in R6 group showed an abnormal downward trend.3..The multivariate logistic regression analysis of ASO risk factors showed that RDW(or = 11.529,95 % ci 5.044-26.348,p < 0.05),NLR(or = 1.910,95 % ci 1.336-34.158 p < 0.05)were independent risk factors for arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower limbs,ALB(or = 0.657,95 % ci 0.550-0.784,p < 0.05)were protective factors for ASOConclusion: RDW、NLR and ALB are significantly correlated with ASO in lower limbs.RDW and NLR are independent risk factors for ASO and ALB is protective factor for ASO.Early monitoring and intervention of RDW,NLR,ALB levels,clinical arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower limbs disease evaluation,prevention and delay the occurrence and development of ASO has certain guiding significance.
