Correlation Between Plasma D-Two Dimer Level And Common Skin Diseases

Objective:To explore the correlation between the level of plasma D-two polymer(D-D)and the skin lesions,course and severity of common diseases(urticaria,psoriasis vulgaris,eczema)in the Department of dermatology.Method:In this study,60 patients diagnosed as psoriasis vulgaris(PV),urticaria and eczema were selected,and 20 healthy subjects were selected as control group.Among them,patients with psoriasis vulgaris were divided into mild group(skin lesion area less than10%),moderate group(10% and 50%)and severe group(skin lesion area greater than50%),and 20 in each group.The PASI score of each group was recorded(0-3 was mild,3-18 was moderate,and 18-72 was a severe group).The levels of plasma D-two polymer were measured in each group,the difference in the level of D-two polymer between different groups was compared,and the correlation between the PASI score and the level of D-two polymer was evaluated.Also,the patients with eczema were also divided into light(skin lesion area less than 10%),middle(10% and 50%),and heavy skin area greater than 5.0%)the 3 groups,20 people in each group,recorded the EASI score of each group(0-3 in mild,3-18 to moderate,18-72 to severe)and measured the level of plasma D-two in each group,compared the difference of the level of D-two in different groups,and evaluated the correlation between the EASI score and the level of D-two.Patients with urticaria were divided into 2 groups according to the duration of the disease,with 30 people in each group(the course of disease was less than 6 weeks to the acute group and more than 6 weeks for the chronic group).In addition,the UAS score of urticaria was divided into light(0-2),3-4 points,3-4(3-4)3 groups,each group was 20 people,and the UAS score of each patient was recorded and detected.The level of plasma D-two polymer was compared to the difference of the level of D-two polymerbetween different groups.The difference of UAS score between acute and chronic urticaria was judged,and the correlation of UAS score and D-two polymer level was evaluated.Result:In patients with psoriasis vulgaris(PV),the differences in plasma D-two polymer levels were statistically significant,and the level of D-two polymer was strongly positively correlated with the PASI score,and the higher the PASI score in the patients,the higher the level of D-polymer in the plasma,and compared with the healthy control group in the urticaria group.The level of plasma D-two polymer in patients with acute and chronic urticaria increased in varying degrees,but it was not statistically significant to compare the difference in the level of D-two polymer between acute and chronic patients.The difference of UAS score in acute and chronic urticaria group was not statistically significant.However,the level of D-two polymer in patients with light,medium and recombinant urticaria were higher than those in the healthy people,and the difference in the level of D-two polymer between the three groups was statistically significant.In addition,the level of D-two polymer in urticaria was positively correlated with the UAS score,and the higher the UAS score in the patients,the level of the plasma D-two polymer was also higher.The higher the level of D-two in the eczema,there was no significant difference in the level of plasma two,but there was no significant correlation between the level of D-two polymer and the EASI score.Conclusion:1.for patients with psoriasis vulgaris,the level of plasma D-two polymer was significantly higher than that of normal people.With the enlargement of the skin lesion and the aggravation of the patient’s condition,the level of the D-two polymer was also higher and higher;2.for urticaria,the level of the plasma D-two polymer was significantly higher than that of the normal person,but the level of plasma D-two polymer and the course of the patient’s disease were higher than those of the normal people.There was no relationship between the length and the length of the patients,but with the patient’s skin lesions,the frequency of attack and the accompanying symptoms,the UAS score increased with the patient’s condition,and the level of D-two polymer increased obviously;3.the level of D-two polymer in the plasma of eczema was not related to the scope of skin lesions and the severity of the disease,and was not higher than that of the normal population.
