Objective:In order to understand the status quo of resident physicians’ standardized training in Fujian provinces specialized hospitals and to clarify the advantages and disadvantages of the standardized training of specialized hospitals in the new context of "medical and educational cooperation",based on the external policies and internal environment and to clarify the positioning,target and feasible scheme of standardized training in specialized hospitals,the discussion of models of resident physicians’ standardized training in the context of "medical and educational cooperation" was carried out.Methods:This research was conducted through documentary research method and interview method to understand the status quo of resident physicians’ standardized training in Fujian specialized hospitals.A questionnaire was conducted on the women and children’s specialized hospitals and other comprehensive hospitals’ corresponding bases.The questionnaire results were analyzed by statistical description,statistical inference and comparison method.The SWOT analysis was carried out for the standardized training of resident physicians in the context of “medical and educational cooperation ".Result:Since 2010,Fujian Province has implemented the standardized training of resident physicians thoroughly.The organization structure is completed;the supporting policies and measures are being implemented;the process management is standardized;and the base construction tends to be regulated and institutionalized.Since 2015,the connection between standardized training of resident physicians in Fujian province and the degree education of master in medical science have been steadily promoted.72.40 percent of the trainees believe that the hospital values or attaches great importance to the work of the standard training.Compared with the data of studies in previous years,theirsatisfaction is significantly higher.46.60 percent of the participants were very satisfied or satisfied with the overall situation since they participated in the standard training,the satisfaction for the training teachers was 77.70%,and the satisfaction for the overall management of training base hospitals was 66.50%.As independent standardized training bases for resident physicians,women and children’s hospitals have perfect rules and regulations,sound job responsibilities,normative and orderly management process,and strictly-controlled training procedures.In the context of "medical and educational cooperation",they can independently take the recruitment,management and assessment,etc.of the standardized training of resident physicians,and get good training results.There was no significant difference between the women and children’s hospitals and the comprehensive hospitals in terms of the recognition level of the hospital,the implementation of the rotation,the satisfaction of the students and so on.The standardized training of resident physicians of hospitals in Fujian Province has been carried out smoothly.At the same time,the research also shows that there are some problems existing.Those problems are: The related rotation departments and subspecialties are missing;the disease is single or the number of cases is insufficient;the training is limited;the medical humanistic training is generally inadequate;the selection,assessment system,and incentive for teachers are insufficient.Conclusion:At present,the standardized training of resident physicians in Fujian Province has achieved initial success.Also,the connection between standardized training and the degree education of master in medical science is relatively smooth.Furthermore,the standardized training of resident physicians in specialized hospitals also gains experience through practice and moves forward.In the new context of "medical and educational cooperation",specialized hospitals should utilize the advantages and resources of specialties,exploit the advantages to the full and avoid disadvantages,cope with problems actively,strengthen basic training and professional skills,explore the standardized training mode of resident physicians with featured treatment,so that they have the advantage to seize the chance and to play the roles in the new round of health care and education reform.
