Objective:Su Zili fei soup is a nine chapter professor of clinical common experience of self,is mainly used for treatment of chronic lung disease later period because of asthenia and stagnation of Qi,phlegm caused by lung loses Xuan Su,spleen,phlegm accumulation,the clinical manifestations of cough,wheezing,shortness of breath and other symptoms,clinical curative effect is very good,but has not been studied systematically.This topic is mainly through literature research and clinical finishing the principle of composition,medicine and regularity,in order to better guide clinical.Methods:first,by the method of literature research,collection of ancient and modern literature,clear Shegan Mahuang Decoction,Suzi Jiangqi Decoction of Erchen Tangyin machine,syndrome differentiation and Suzi,Fritillaria thunbergii,drug efficacy,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and poria,aster and analysis of flower,pinellia and tangerine peel,classic and significance.Secondly,the collected clinical cases were summarized,and the data were analyzed by the statistical method of frequency and the golden section method,summarizes the Su Zili fei soup is suitable the crowd age general regularity,drug use frequency,drug addition and subtraction rule and indications of clinical syndrome,clear the rule of syndrome and treatment.Conclusion:Su Zili fei soup is the nine chapter,based on my years of clinical experience,experience in Shegan Mahuang Decoction,Suzi Jiangqi decoction as main bottom side addition and subtraction cut come,based drug Su,Bulbus Fritillariae thunbergii,pinellia,dried orange peel,aster,Tussilago farfara,Atractylodes,Poria,silkworm and other drugs,pro license can be combined with the condition changes properly.Application of Su Zili fei soup in elderly multiple in the fall and winter seasons,due to Qi deficiency,qi stagnation,phlegm caused by lung loses Xuan Su,spleen,phlegm accumulation,to cough sputum,wheezing,chest tightness,shortness of breath,tongue white thin and greasy fur,thready pulse as well as the main clinical cough,asthma.
