Study On Clinical Curative Effect Of Self-prepared Heat Clearing And Blood Stasis Removing Prescription In The Treatment Of Patients With Damp-heat Stasis-induced Alcoholic Cirrhosis At Compensatory Stage

Objective To compare the curative effect of oral self-prepared heat clearing and blood stasis removing prescription combined with the compound bovine fetal liver extract and single compound bovine fetal liver extract in the treatment of damp-heat stasis-induced alcoholic cirrhosis at compensatory stage.The clinical data of the feasibility of self-prepared heat clearing and blood stasis removing prescription combined with the compound bovine fetal liver extract in the treatment of damp-heat stasis-induced alcoholic cirrhosis at compensatory stage so as to provide a new idea for the prevention and treatment of alcoholic cirrhosis at compensatory stage;accumulate the academic data of self-prepared heat clearing and blood stasis removing prescription combined with the compound bovine fetal liver extract in the treatment of damp-heat stasis-induced alcoholic cirrhosis at compensatory stage,and provide the experience for clinical prevention and treatment.Methods Random Number Table method was used for randomized ordered controlled trials,1-100 were numbered,number s were randomly picked out by the patients,and the patients were included into the experiential group and control group,each group of 50 people,two groups of patients after entering the group carried out strictly abstinence,the control group was given oral compound bovine fetal liver extract tablets(40mg,2 tablets/times,3 times/day)The experimental group was given oral self-prepared heat clearing and blood stasis removing prescription on the basis of compound bovine fetal liver extract tablets(40mg,2 tablets/times,3 times/day),2 times a day,one in the morning and the other in the evening,a box each time,continuous treatment was carried out for 3 months.The changes of dampness,heat and blood stasis syndrome and secondary syndromes before and after treatment in two groups were observed,and the curative effect was evaluated according to the judging criteria of TCM syndromes.At the same time,the liver function indexes of two groups of patients before and after treatment were recorded:alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartic acid aminotransferase(AST),gamma-transglutaminase(GGT),Serum total bilirubin(TBIL),albumin(ALB),hepatic fibrosis index,hepatic transient elasticity B-ultrasound and Liver B-ultrasound.The related indexes of hepatic fibrosis included the changes of hyaluronic acid(HA),serum iii type anterior collagen(PCIII)and type IV collagen(IV-C).Results Compared with the single drugs,self-prepared heat clearing and blood stasis removing prescription combined with the compound bovine fetal liver extract could significantly improve the patient’s clinical symptoms(P<0.05),the patient after treatment,total effective rate of clinical curative effect in combined drug group was 87.76%,significantly 63.35%higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in combined drug group was 91.84%,significantly 69.39%higher than that of control group.Liver function index:gamma-transglutaminase(GGT),aspartic acid aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),serum total bilirubin(TBIL)level reduction amplitudes were significantly higher than those of the single drug group(P<0.05);hepatic fibrosis index:hyaluronic acid(HA),serum iii type anterior collagen(PCIII),type IV collagen(iv-c)level reduction amplitudes were significantly lower than those of the single drug group(P<0.05).The smooth degree of hepatic envelope,the echo distribution and blood vessel clarity in the treated in combined drug group were obviously improved,and the effect was more obvious than that of single drug group.The decrease of liver hardness(LSM)of FibroTouch noninvasive liver fibrosis diagnostic system,I.e.,liver instantaneous elastic B-mode ultrasound in combined drug group was significantly better than that of single drug group.Conclusion Compared with single compound bovine fetal liver extract,self-prepared heat clearing and blood stasis removing prescription combined with the compound bovine fetal liver extract in the treatment of patients with in the treatment of damp-heat stasis-induced alcoholic cirrhosis at compensatory stage has more significant alleviation of the clinical symptoms of patients,more prominent improvement of liver function,more powerful anti-hepatic fibrosis,its curative effect is significant,has some experience for clinical prevention and treatment of alcoholic cirrhosis.
