| Objective:The purpose of research is to measure the serum level of C-C motif chemokine ligand 18 and interleukin-32 in the patients with psoriasis vulgaris and investigate the pathogenesis of the psoriasis vulgaris that the role of these two cytokines may play.Furthermore,to find the possible correlation of serum CCL18 and IL-32 with the disease, and the correlation between the serum level of cytokines and the PASI.Method:The peripheral blood sera were obtained from the samples from 70 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 30 normal human controls. To examine the levels of CCL18 and IL-32 in the sera,we used enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay(ELISA)to do the experiment.SPSS 19.0 software was used to analyze the result. And calculate and evaluate correlation with the PASI data of psoriasis patients.Results:(1)The level of serum CCL18 was significant higher in the progressive stage(439.12 ± 116.57ng/ml),static stage(245.60±54.52ng/ml)and paracmasis stage(195.07±59.55ng/ml)of psoriasis vulgaris than in the 30 normal controls(36.16 ± 17.45 ng/mL,P<0.01,<0.01,<0.01,respectively),and the level of serum CCL18,indeed,did not have correlation with PASI.Comparing to static and paracmasis stage of psoriasis vulgaris.there was significantly increased in progressive stage(P<0.01,P<0.01s respectively).(2)The levels of serum IL-32 was significant higher in the progressive(97.48±14.54),static(66.95±13.55)and paracmasis stage(36.59±8.24)of psoriasis vulgaris than in the 30 normal controls(28.05±12.69pg/ml,P<0.01,<0.01,<0.05,respectively).There was increased significantly in progressive compared to static and paracmasis of psoriasis vulgaris.(P<0.01,P<0.01,respectively).Conclusion:The higher levels of serum CCL18 and IL-32 in the patients of psoriasis vulgaris indicating that the two cytokines may play an important role in the pathogensis of psoriasis vulgaris.Furthermore, the levels of CCL18 and IL-32 in progressive stage were higher than the static and paracmasis stage which suggest that CCL18 and IL-32 may promote the inflammatory response in psoriasis. And the high expression may provide a new direction to the psoriasis treatment. |
