Shortening And Tension Of The Reconstruction Of The Orbicularis Muscle In Middle-aged And Old Patients With Eye Pouch

Objective: To study the clinical effect of orbicularis in elderly patients with obvious orbicularis relaxation.After short-term and long-term follow-up,the patients were compared to observe the recovery period,operation duration,postoperative recurrence rate,and eye contour satisfaction rate.Methods: From 2016 to 2018,we performed 40 cases of this operation in the plastic surgery department of the third person hospital in Bengbu,Anhui province,including 8 males and 32 females.The patient’s age was 42 to 62,the average age is 53.The Selection criteria: 1.The informed consent of the surgery was signed before surgery.2.The history of surgical taboos should be excluded before surgery was put into effect(uncontrolled hypertension,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,blood system diseases,history of ocular trauma,etc.).3.The eyes of the patient have obvious orbicularis muscle relaxation.Conventional "peeling method" pouch operation,on the basis of the near the outer canthal Angle from the orbicularis oculi muscle and manual cross-eyed orbicular muscle force shaping,under the premise that guarantee the orbicularis oculi muscle tension and function,through the determination of the orbicularis oculi muscle relaxation degree decided to remove this latter muscle length and shape,the involution of orbicularis oculi muscle suture after shaping.Results: During 40 patients with preoperative photos after comparison,the conclusion has been found that improvement of surgery for elderly patients with obvious orbicular muscle relaxation,and all gain satisfying effect,the lower eyelid orbicular muscle tension was moderate,the eyelid contour flat and moderate tension,no obvious complications after intraoperative stanch fully.Conclusion:dealing the orbicularis on the basis of the conventional surgery,the effect is obviously better for those elderly patients whose orbicularis oculi muscle is relaxation,On the basis of not changing the anatomical structure of the original tissue,the goal of treatment of eye bags was achieved.
