Objective:By observing the changes of homocysteine(Hcy)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels in different types of non-valvular atrial fibrillation(AF)patients and Sinus rhythm.,and taking them as Observe the indicators, study their correlation with left atrial diameter, and further explore the role and clinical significance of inflammation, oxidative stress in the occurrence, development and maintenance of atrial fibrillation. Methods:Patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation hospitalized in our Department of Cardiology from September 2016 to December 2017 were selected as study subjects with electrocardiograms or physical examinations with sinus rhythm confirmed on a 24-hour electrocardiogram during the same period. The experimental group was based on medical history, electrocardiogram or 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram diagnosed patients with atrial fibrillation.Forty patients with sinus rhythm at the same time in our hospital were selected as the control group, including 23 males and 17 females, aged 37-71 years. All subjects underwent echocardiography on the day of admission: left atrial diameter(LAD),left ventricle ejection fraction(LVEF),and short-term fasting on the second day of admission to collect peripheral venous blood. The levels of serum CRP and Hcy were measured by immunoturbidimetric assay and enzyme colorimetric assay, respectively, and the levels of these indicators in different types of atrial fibrillation were analyzed,as well as the correlation with left atrial diameter.Result:1.In the echocardiographic index, compared with the control group, the parietal atrial fibrillation group had a slightly larger left atrial diameter, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),while the persistent atrial fibrillation group and the permanent atrial fibrillation group The left atrium diameter was larger in the paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group than in the control group (P<0.05),and the permanent atrial fibrillation group had a more significant increase than the persistent atrial fibrillation group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the left ventricular ejection fraction in the AF group decreased and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In serum inflammatory factors and oxidative markers, the levels of serum Hcy and CRP in the AF group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while those in the persistent AF group and the permanent AF group were slightly higher than those in the control group. It was higher than the paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group(P<0.05),while the permanent atrial fibrillation group was higher than the persistent atrial fibrillation group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Correlation analysis showed that serum levels of Hcy and CRP were positively correlated with left atrium diameter in patients with AF(Hcy and LAD: r=0.359,P<0.01;CRP and LAD: r=0.308,P<0.01).Conclusion: 1.Atrial fibrillation serum homocysteine,C-reactive protein concentration and the load of atrial fibrillation are related to the severity of the prediction of atrial fibrillation has some clinical value.2.The serum homocysteine and C-reactive protein concentrations in patients with atrial fibrillation were positively correlated with the left atrium diameter.3.Oxidative stress, inflammation is involved in the process of atrial remodeling and plays an important role in the occurrence, development and maintenance of atrial fibrillation.
