Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Gastritis With Liver And Stomach Disharmony By Clearing The Liver And Stomach Collaterals

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of clearing the liver and stomach in treating chronic gastritis with hepatogastric disharmony.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic gastritis and liver-stomach syndrome in the Department of Gastroenterology,Ningbo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as subjects.Divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,Omegaprazole enteric-coated capsules in the control group 20mg qd,Mosapride Citrate Tablets 5mg tid,The treatment group was treated with self-made Qinggan and stomach base.12 weeks is a course of treatment,both groups received a course of treatment;Compare the clinical signs and symptoms of TCM before and after treatment,the results of gastroscopy before and after treatment,histopathological results and HP negative conditions before and after treatment,and use SPSS20.0 for results analysis.Result 1.In this study,120 cases of chronic gastritis with liver and stomach disharmony were included in the study,and 117 cases were finally completed,58 cases in the control group,59 cases in the treatment group,and 3 cases in the case of loss.2.Efficacy evaluation:by comparison,the overall effective rate of symptom improvement in the treatment group was 89.8%,slightly higher than the control group 81.0%,the difference was not significant(P>0.05),and the overall remission rate of bloating,noisy,anorexia and dry mouth symptoms were respectively 96.6%,86.4%,86.7%,and 95.2%were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in gastric pain relief rate between the two groups(P>0.05).From the results of gastroscopy,the patients in the treatment group recovered.The rates,significant efficiencies,and effective rates were 37.3%,18.6%,and 39.0%,respectively,and the overall effective rate was 94.9%.The cure rate and overall efficiency were significantly higher than the control group’s 17.2%and 72.4%(P<0.05).In terms of gastric mucosal atrophy,the cure rate,effective rate,and effective rate of the treatment group were 0%,12.5%,and 25%,respectively,and the overall effective rate was 37.5%,slightly higher than the control group 26.9%,the difference was not significant(P>0.05).In the improvement of intestinal metaplasia,the cure rate,effective rate,and effective rate of the treatment group were 0%,8.3%,and 16.7%,respectively,and the overall effective rate was 25.0%,which was slightly lower than the overall effective rate of 28.6%.The difference was not significant(P>0.05).3.Safety evaluation:the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the treatment group and the control group were 0 and 1.67%,respectively,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Qingganhewei Recipe has a good curative effect on the treatment of chronic gastritis.It has the functions of soothing the liver and regulating qi,nourishing yin and clearing heat,and relieving pain in the stomach.It can effectively improve the symptoms and endoscopic performance of patients with liver and stomach disharmony and adverse reactions.Less,high safety,worthy of further clinical application...
