Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Lung-Cancer’s Side-effect And Clinical Symptoms Treatment By Herb-partitioned Moxibustion On The Navel

Object:In order to observe the influences on Lung-Cancer’s side-effect and clinical symptoms treatment by herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel.To discuss the mechanism of the side effects of lung cancer by using herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel and to improve the treatment methods and schemes.To provide new methods and ideas for the treatment of lung cancers.Methods:44 patients who conforming to standard were divided into the treatment group(basic treatment+herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel)and the control group(basic treatment)by using a randomized controlled study.This treatment takes two cycles.Observation and analysis the data of bone-marrow liver-function-lesion clinical-symptoms and Karnofsky.Results:1.The treatment group has a positive effection on reducing the numbers of WBC and PLT(P<0.05).There is no difference in the treatment on reducing the numbers of WBC HGB PLT ALT AST by comparison between the two treatment groups(P>0.05).2.The treatment group had a positive effection on fatigue,anorexia,insomnia,sweating,nausea and vomiting(P<0.01).The treatment group has a better effection on clinical symptoms than the control group especially on the vexatio,insomnia,nausea and vomiting(P<0.01).3.The treatment group had a positive effection on the KPS(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel has a partial effection on reducing the numbers of WBC and PLT and it is a advantageous treatment on clinical symptoms.
