Clinical Study Of Treating Acute Exacerbation Period Of Bronchiectasis(Symptoms Of Sputum Fever And Pulmonary Congestion)with Self-Made Fang Qingghuanmen Decoction

Objective:To observe the effects of self-designed phlegm decoction on acute exacerbation of bronchiectasis(Phlegm)and lung function,blood routine,and immune indexes.In order to further understand the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating acute exacerbation of bronchiectasis to guide clinical treatment.Methods:In this study,60 patients with bronchiectasis were selected from January 2016 to December 2017 at the second affiliated hospital of Shandong Traditional Chinese Medicine University,the random number list method was used to randomly divide patients who met the criteria into two groups:30 cases of Western medicine + shock expectoration in control group and 30 cases of Western medicine + shock expectoration in treatment group.14 days total.Collection of TCM syndrome score,lung function,blood routine and immunologic indexes before and on the 14 th day of treatment.Analysis of Data Statistics Using SPSS 20.0 Software.Results:(1)General comparison:A total of 60 cases were collected,30 in control group and 30 in treatment group.The control group shed 1 case,the treatment group shed 1 case and the elimination 1 case.A total of 57 cases were analyzed,including 29 cases in control group and 28 cases in treatment group.(2)Statistical analysis of the two groups after treatment:The total efficiency of treatment group(85.71 %)was higher than that of control group(75.86 %).The efficiency of treatment group(78.57 %)was higher than that of control group(44.82 %),the difference was remarkable;In the total score of TCM syndromes,the difference between treatment group and control group was remarkable after treatment group and control group;In lung function,FEV1 % and FEV1 FVC % P 0.05 before and after the treatment,and compared with the treatment group and the control group,the difference was significant;In the blood inflammatory marker,the white blood cell and neutrophil before and after treatment group were less than 0.05,and after treatment,the two groups compared P = 0.000,indicating that the treatment group in the improvement of the blood inflammatory marker significant effect In the immunologic index IgG,the IgG values of both groups were within normal range before and after treatment,and P 0.05.But the number of IgG in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:Treatment of bronchiectasis with antipyretic and expectorant soup combined with antibiotics and vibration expectoration could improve the indexes of TCM syndrome,blood routine and lung function.It shows that the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has obvious advantages in treating acute exacerbation of bronchiectasis,which is worth further research and can be widely used in the later clinical development.
