Logistic Regression Analysis Of The Relationship Between Coronary Heart Disease And Birth Rhythm In Northern Henan Province

BackgroundThe report on cardiovascular diseases in China 2017 shows that with the change of social lifestyle,the incidence of coronary heart disease(CHD)is becoming younger and more rural,and the number of cardiovascular patients will continue to increase under the rapid development of social conditions.CHD is the result of the interaction of internal and external environment and genetic factors as well as complex pathogenesis.Some scholars have reported that birth rhythm plays an important role in human health and diseases,and the risk or severity of diseases are regulated by the external environment at birth.However,the relationship between CHD and birth rhythm in northern henan is still unclear.ObjectiveIn this paper,the relationship between birth rhythm and the risk of CHD in northern Henan Province was systematically analyzed by retrospective study,so as to provide a basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of CHD and provide parameter data for exploring the pathogenesis of CHD.MethodsScreening of cardiovascular clinical data and sample resource bank in northern Henan Province,25555 patients discharged from 2014 to 2018,8386 patients with CHD,and summarized their gender,age,date of birth,month and day.The Fisher tests were used to examine the effects of sex and every ten years to the birth month;Analysis of the relationship between coronary heart disease and birth month,24 solar terms,and four seasons in northern Henan by logistic regression.ResultsFisher test results showed gender and no relationship with birth month(P=1);compared with control group,The risk of CHD was highest in the in March,July,and nine(P=0.002 95%CI 1.075-1.390,P=0.021 95%CI 1.023-1.317,P=0.036 95%CI 1.009-1.313);Among the 24 solar terms,those born in the period of awakening of insects and minor heat have the highest risk of CHD(P=0.007 95%CI 1.068-1.510,P=0.009 95% CI 1.057-1.464);the incidence of CHD was not related to the four seasons.Conclusions:The risk of CHD in northern Henan Province may be affected by the birth rhythm.The birth rhythm of March(stunning)and July(small heat)increased the risk of CHD.
