Study On Normal Occlusion Of Curve Of Spee Of Uygur And Han In Xinjiang Area Of Kashi Using Three-dimensional Scanning

Objective: By lang cheng DL-100 3D scanner to dectect young uygur and han aged 18-25 in Kashi,XinJiang area normal tooth model,and to measure depth of the curve of Spee and dental arch form,compare differences between different genders and ethnic groups,and to establish the uygur and han teenagers three-dimensional in the database.Method: select uygur youngs(62 males and 88 females)and han youngs(72 males and 78 females)normal tooth model 300,using 3D scanner indirectly get three-dimensional digital model.By means of Geomagic Stutio software,the depth of the curve of Spee,Intercanine width(ICW),Intermolar width(IMW),Arch length were measured,use the SPSS 24.0 to do the statistical analysis.Results: the range of reference values for the curve of Spee and dental arch form measurements of the 18-25 years old Han and Uygur youths in Kashi,Xinjiang,were obtained,and contrasted data between different ethnic and gender the curve of Spee and dental arch form measurement indicators.The maximum depth of the curve of Spee is mesiobuccal cusp tips of the mandibular first molar in Xinjiang uygur and han youth.1)The depth of the curve of Spee was no statistical difference by sex and ethnic.2)the width of the cusp tips of the canines is statistically significant among different genders and ethnic groups(P<0.05),There were differences in Intercanine width,Intermolar width,Arch length,between the Uygur youth,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),There was a difference in Intercanine width between the Han youth,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),There were differences in Intercanine width and Arch length between the different ethnic groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3)Correlation between Intercanine width and the depth of the curve of Spee in the Han and Uygur youth.Conclusion: The curve of Spee and dental arch form exists racial,gender and other differences,In clinical practice,the depth of the curve of Spee can be used as a reference plane for occlusal reconstruction and orthodontic treatment.
