Combine Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine Intervention Survival Analysis Of The Factors Affecting The Prognosis Of Patients With Gastric Cancer

Objective: Through the analysis of the gender,age of patients with gastric cancer,TNM stage,pathological type,differentiation degree,whether local therapy,chemotherapy,targeted therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,such as progression-free Survival time for patients progression-free Survival(PFS)and Overall Survival(Overall Survival,OS)and the size of the influence,the influence of selected factors influencing the prognosis of gastric cancer risk factors and protection,under different exposure factors by analyzing the factors affecting the prognosis of differences and to explore its possible mechanism of TCM treatment of cancer of the stomach,for subsequent enlarge sample size selection of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of cancer of the stomach advantage people lay the foundation.Methods: Through the electronic medical records to collect on January 1,2012 to January 1,2017,the xinjiang uygur autonomous region hospital of TCM oncology wardaccept 3 or more consecutive months of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of all 309 cases of gastric cancer patients,western medicine treatment of unlimited.Telephone follow-up to death,not death patients followed up until 30 June 2017.Including treatment defined as under the guide of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine Chinese herbal liquid form,and/or proprietary Chinese medicine at least 3 months.Western medicine treatment including chemotherapy,local treatment(radiotherapy,surgery),targeted therapy,etc.Cox proportion model of risk to line the prognosis of multiple factors analysis,ultimate analysis of PFS,OS and its correlation with various influencing factors.Result: 1.The object of study,a total of 326 people,including 250 men(76.70%)and76 women(23.30%).85 people aged under 60(26.0%),aged 60 and above 268 people(82.0%);IV,144 people,the IV,182.Local treatment of all subjects were 252 people,76.70% of all patients.Targeted therapy 6(1.6%).Of traditional Chinese medicine spleen and 159(51.5%),deficiency of qi and blood,95 people(30.7%),phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction 55(17.8%).2.IV multiariable COX analysis results show that the OS and primary tumor T stage,pathologic type,whether treatments,chemotherapy,whether local P < 0.05,the difference is statistically significant;Primary tumor T staging,pathological classification,whether chemotherapy,whether the influence of local treatment and PFS,P < 0.05,it is the independent factors of prognosis.3.The IV multiariable COX analysis showed that the primary tumor T stage,regional lymph node metastasis and chemotherapy are the independent factors influencing the OS,P < 0.05;PFS with primary tumor T staging,pathological classification,whether chemotherapy and whether local treatment line,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: 1.The local therapy and chemotherapy is the recurrence of gastric cancer risk and protective factors of patients with stage IV gastric cancer mortality risk.2.The primary tumor is T staging gastric cancer recurrence and metastasis of adverse factors;Regional lymph node metastasis N staging are adverse factors of the prognosis of patients with stage IV gastric cancer,(3)of traditional Chinese medicine is the IV independent risk factors for the prognosis of gastric cancer.
