Therapeutic Effect Of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Recipe On Sjogren’s Syndrome Complicated With Interstitial Lung Disease

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue recipe in treating Sjogren’s syndrome complicated with interstitial lung disease(Qi-Yin deficiency combined with blood stasis type)..Methods: In this study,patients from December 2017 to February 2018 in respiratory and rheumatology departments of XinJiang Autonomous Region Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.A definite diagnosis of Sjogren’s syndrome with interstitial lung disease,66 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria,Simple randomization method was used to divide them into experimental group and control group,There were 33 cases in the experimental group and 33 cases in the control group.In the course of the experiment,4 cases in the experimental group,3 cases in the abscission group,4 cases in the control group and 4 cases in the abscission group were excluded.Finally,51 cases were included,26 cases in the experimental group and 25 cases in the control group,The treatment group was treated with western medicine combined with Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue recipe,while the control group was treated with western medicine for 3months.The clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue recipe in treating Sjogren’s syndrome complicated with interstitial lung disease was evaluated by observing 6-minute walking test,dyspnea score,TCM syndrome score and lung function before and after treatment。Results:1.In MRC score: After different treatments,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.In the 6-minute walking test: after different interventions,the distance of 6-minute walking test between the two groups was compared by t-test,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.In lung function: after giving different interventions,there was no significant difference in FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,TLC and DLCO between the two groups(P > 0.05).4.In pulmonary function: There were significant differences in cough,sputum,fatigue and spontaneous sweating(P < 0.05),There was no significant difference in dyspnea(P >0.05).
