Objective: To explore the relationship between dietary structure and perimenopa use symptoms of perimenopausal women in xinjiang.Method: Using the method of random cluster sampling,306 women aged 45-55 years old were selected for the in vestigation of perimenopausal symptoms and dietary status.SPSS software was used for statistical analysis.Results: Perimenopausal symptoms of women who frequently eat milk were lower than those who did not eat milk(P<0.05).More than half of the perimenopausal women’s daily intake of staple food,vegetables,meat,beans and milk reaches the daily requirements of "the pagoda of balanced diet of Chinese resi-dents".Conclusion: The dietary structure of perimenopausawomen in xinjiang is notreasonable enough.Dietary habits may be related to the occurrence of perimenopa-usal symptoms,which needs further study.Perimenop-ausal period symptom besides medicaments cure,change dietary habit,increase milk intake to be able to reduce pe-rimenopausal period symptom happening.
