| Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of chlorhexidine gel(CHX),calcium hydroxide(CH)and calcium hydroxide combined with chlorhexidine(CHX+CH)as a root canal disinfection drug in root canal therapy,in order to find the ideal root canal disinfection drug Provide scientific evidence.Methods: Sixty patients with chronic apical periodontitis were randomly divided into CHX,CH and CHX+CH groups,respectively,Rinse with conventional mechanical preparation,CHX,CH and CHX+CH were selected,and the samples of the bacterial specimens in the root canal were sampled and cultured before and after the preparation of the root canal,and the changes in the number of bacteria in the aerobic and anaerobic bacteria were determined.The clinical efficacy of the dental seals before and after 7 days was observed and scored,and the average sealing time of the teeth was recorded.Results: There was no significant difference in the number of aerobic and anaerobic bacterial colonies in the root canal before the root canal preparation of the three groups(P>0.05).After the root canal preparation,the aerobic and anaerobic bacteria in the root canal of the three groups were prepared.The number of bacterial colonies was significantly lower than that before root preparation(P<0.05).The number of bacteria in aerobic and anaerobic bacteria in root canal was significantly lower than that before sealing(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria between the two groups in the CH group(P>0.05),but the CHX+CH group was compared with CHX and CH,and the aerobic and anaerobic bacteria in the root canal.The difference in the number of bacteria was statistically significant(P<0.05).Calcium hydroxide combined with chlorhexidine gel group has better antibacterial effect in the treatment of chronic apical periodontitis root canal;The difference of clinical scores between the three groups of root canal seals after7 days was statistically significant(P<0.05),and CHX+CX had the best clinical effect.The difference of sealing time between the three groups of teeth reaching root canal filling was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the sealing time required for root canal filling in CHX+CX group was the shortest;24 hours after root canal sealing The pain rate of the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the pain rate was the lowest in the CHX+CX group.After 7 days of root canal sealing,there was no significant difference in the pain rate between the three groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of tube treatment,the healing rate of the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the healing rate of CHX+CH group was the highest.Conclusion: CHX,CH and CHX+CH as root canal disinfection drugs have good curative effect on chronic apical periodontitis,and CHX gel combined with CH paste comprehensive evaluation of antibacterial effect and clinical efficacy,CHX gel combined with CH paste can be The postoperative pain response was significantly reduced;the three groups were evaluated for efficacy 3 months after surgery,and the clinical effect was significant in the near future.Therefore,CHX gel combined with CH paste is expected to become a disinfectant for clinically effective treatment. |
