Research On Supply Side Reform Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Jilin Province

Objective: To realize the transformation of Jilin Province from a big province of traditional Chinese medicine to a strong province of traditional Chinese medicine through supply-side reform,and to build the industry of traditional Chinese medicine into an economic pillar industry of Jilin Province,so as to improve the cause of traditional Chinese medicine in Jilin Province.Method:(1)Literature analysis.Through consulting the academic literature database of China KnowledgeNet(www.cnki.com),Weipu database and related foreign literature database,collecting,summarizing,collating and analyzing the relevant literature at home and abroad,we can understand the theoretical structure of the structural reform on the supply side.In view of the current situation of the Chinese medicine industry and cause in Jilin Province,we can supply from innovation,labor force,land,capital and other factors.To provide theoretical support and data support for the analysis and research of this paper.(2)In-depth interview.Discuss with some professionals who devote themselves to the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Jilin Province.Focus on the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Jilin Province in recent years,exchange opinions on achievements and existing problems.Through consulting some experts and scholars,analyze the development plan of traditional Chinese medicine in Jilin Province,and make a deeper understanding of the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Jilin Province.Through consulting colleagues in the field of economics,this paper understands the impact of supply-side reform on the overall industry of Chinese medicine,and explores the feasibility and innovation of all-factor reform in the supply-side reform of Chinese medicine in Jilin Province.(3)Statistical analysis.In this study,Excel2017,was used to analyze the relevant data.Through the data collation and analysis of Jilin Province Health and Family Planning Statistical Yearbook,National traditional Chinese Medicine Statistics and compilation,Jilin Province Medical and Health Service Statistical Analysis report and Jilin Province Medical and Health Industry Operation brief,The corresponding problems of traditional Chinese medicine industry and cause in Jilin Province are obtained,and the supply-side reform strategy for the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Jilin Province is put forward with reference to the relevant theories of supply-side structural reform.Result: Jilin Province has made gratifying achievements in vigorously promoting the development of Chinese medicine industry,but there are also shortages of Chinese medicine products and services and accelerated loss of high-quality Chinese medicine resources,lagging behind the requirements of the times in the quality and level of supporting factors for the development of Chinese medicine,lagging behind in the governance of Chinese medicine "cause,industry,industry" in Western medicine,and the existence of Chinese medicine resources and needs.Gaps and other issues.Conclusion: Based on the concept of "supply side" reform put forward by Chairman Xi Jinping at the 11 study the economic structure,power structure and economic growth mode of TCM supply side.In order to build Jilin Province into a strong province of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper studies how to improve the quality and efficiency of the supply system of traditional Chinese medicine,enhance the service capacity of traditional Chinese medicine and strengthen the motive force of sustained economic growth in Jilin Province.To study the content and measures of the reform of the supply side of traditional Chinese medicine in Jilin Province,that is,to study how to adjust the cause and industrial structure of traditional Chinese medicine in Jilin Province and improve the construction of the thinktank for the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Jilin Province by using "Internet+technology" under the background of implementing the development concept of innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing.Based on the actual needs of the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Jilin Province,the key problems of the current reform of the supply side of traditional Chinese medicine in Jilin Province were analyzed,and relevant policy suggestions were put forward from the aspects of the service system,service capacity and management system of traditional Chinese medicine,which could provide a reference for deepening the reform of the medical system in Jilin Province.
