Clinical Observation On Combination Of Acupuncture And Moxibustion At Single Point And Acupoint For Bronchial Asthma

Objective: Based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform technology,the compatibility of acupuncture treatment of bronchial asthma was analyzed.The main research subjects were bronchial asthma patients.The symptoms and signs of asthma,pulmonary function(FEV1%)and asthma control test(ACT)were adopted.Assessing the quality of life of bronchial asthma(AQLQ),etc.,as a measure of efficacy,and thus the difference in efficacy between single-point and acupoint compatibility.Methods: Grouped in a completely randomized controlled trial,72 outpatients with asthma who met the inclusion criteria were assigned to each group according to a random number table.The single acupoint group was selected for Feishu point,and the acupoint compatibility group was selected for Feishu,Zhongfu and Dingchuan points;the patient took the sitting position and acupuncture the corresponding acupoints,and each acupoint used was disinfected with 75% alcohol cotton ball;Feishu oblique thorn,needle into 0.5~0.8 inches.The Chinese government slanted outward from 0.5 to 0.8 inches.Dingchuan straight thorn or biased spine thorn 0.5 ~ 0.8 inch.Each point is turned into a needle,evenly inserted into the sputum,after the points get gas,the line is flattened and diarrhea,every 10 minutes,the needle is pulled out after 30 minutes,and the needle is pressed with a sterile dry cotton ball.Pinhole.The treatment time is 3 months(12 weeks),and 1 month is a course of treatment.The patient takes 6 days as a course of acupuncture,once a day,and 12 times after 24 days;the latter two courses are guaranteed to be treated 15 times a month(≤ 1time per day).Observation indicators:(1)main symptoms and signs: wheezing,cough,sputum and lung wheezing.(2)Lung function: forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1/predicted value%).Pulmonary function indicators were measured before treatment and 1 to 3 days after the end of the third course of treatment.(3)Asthma-related scales:Results of the Asthma Control Test(ACT)and Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire(AQLQ)before and after treatment.Results: 1.Efficacy: 6 cases of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment werecompletely controlled by acupuncture and moxibustion,24 cases were partially controlled,3cases were not controlled,the total effective rate was 90.91%,and the single point group was completely controlled by acupuncture in 2 cases,partial control 22 For example,8cases were not controlled,the total effective rate was 75%,and the statistical analysis results were P<0.05.The treatment group was more effective.2.Asthma symptom score: The total scores of symptoms and signs were significantly improved before and after treatment(P<0.01),but the improvement of symptoms in the acupoint compatibility group was significantly better than that of the single-point group.3.Pulmonary function(FEV1/predicted value%): After treatment,the lung function of the acupoint compatibility group and the single acupoint group were significantly improved(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.4.ACT and AQLQ scores: After treatment,the ACT and AQLQ scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05).After treatment,the ACT and AQLQ scores of the acupoint compatibility group and the single-point group were compared(P<0.05).In the single-point group,it is indicated that the compatibility of acupoints has an advantage in improving the quality of life of asthma patients.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture can alleviate the symptoms and signs of bronchial patients,improve lung function,and improve the quality of life of patients.It is an effective treatment,safe and has no side effects.2.Acupoint compatibility is the basis of acupuncture and moxibustion selection.Various acupuncture and moxibustion treatment techniques are implemented on the basis of acupoint compatibility.Each acupoint has its own specific therapeutic effect.Only when it is well-matched,the curative effect can be exact and reach acupuncture.When treating diseases,the purpose of "clearing the meridians,strengthening the righteousness,and adjusting the yin and yang".There is a difference in the effect of compatibility between single and acupoints.In terms of the overall regulation effect of the disease,the compatibility of acupoints plays a role of single hole and plays a synergistic effect.
