The residual volume of<Huangdi Neijing Suwen>is considered to be the earliest existing book of<Huangdi Neijing Suwen>,and it should have a place in the study of<Huangdi Neijing>.The investigation of the edition and writing characteristics of Jin edition’s book of<Huangdi Neijing>can promote the understanding of its literature value and add material to the study of<plain question>.In this paper, the investigation of the bibliographic description of Jin edition of<Huangdi Neijing>shows that most of the description in the existing catalogues are the records of the Jin edition of<Huangdi Neijing>.The inconsistency of the number of volumes reflects the inconsistency of the time of involvement in the Jin edition of<Huangdi Neijing>.However,Mr.Fu Zengxiang first put forward that the Jin edition of<Huangdi Neijing>is consistent with the era of<Shangshu Zhushu>,which is now designated as the Mongolian edition. In fact,it was the first time to put fonrward the possibility that the Jin edition of<Huangdi Neijing>is Mongolian edition. This paper puts forward and demonstrates that the numbers recorded under the fish tail in the Jin edition of<Huangdi Neijing>should be the number of books. After Song Dynasty, the titles and volumes of<Suwen>were different, which reflected the great wealth of research on the publication of<Suwen>in Song,Jin,Yuan,Ming and Qing dynasties.Combined with the view of people of virtue of the older generations that form of printed character in Jin edition of<Huangdi Neijing>is the same as that of the Mongolian edition of<Shangshu Zhushu>,which suggests the possibility that the two books are of the same period. This paper puts forward the view that it may be more reasonable to define the Jin edition of<Huangdi Neijing>as the Mongolian edition. The residual volume of Jin edition is more close to Gu Congde’s<Suwen>in Ming Dynasty, and is better than that of Yuan edition.Part of the sentence is also better than Gu Congde’s<Suwen>in Ming Dynasty.
