Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhuang medicine acupoint therapy in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma in remission and provide a theoretical for the clinical application of this therapy in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma in remission(spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome).Methods: Sixty children who met the inclusion criteria were selected according to the order of treatment.The odd number was divided into the treatment group and the even number was divided into the control group.The treatment group and the control group were both 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with acupoint therapy of Zhuang medicine,and the control group was given montelukast sodium chewable tablets for oral administration.Treatment course: 3 weeks for 1 course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment.Follow-up time: the first and the second month after the end of the treatment.The improvement of the main symptom score,the secondary syndrome score and the C-ACT score before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zhuang acupoint therapy in the treatment of asthma in children.Results: 1.According to the improvement of the total scores of primary disease and secondary disease after the treatment.The treatment group were better than the control group(P<0.05).2.In the improvement of main symptoms before and after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the number of respiratory infections,the number of asthma attacks,the degree of asthma attacks and the duration of asthma(P<0.05).3.The scores of each sub-segment were compared between the two groups after treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).4.The evaluation of disease efficacy,the control group,effective,and ineffective cases were 4,7,16,1 and 0,5,17,6respectively.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.4%.The effective rate was 75.0%,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.01).5.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome evaluation,the control group,effective,and ineffective cases were 2,10,13,2,and 0,3,17,8.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.3%.The total effective rate of the disease was 71.4%,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.01).6.The C-ACT scores of the two groups,the C-ACT scores of the treatment group and the control group after treatment and the first month of follow-up were not significantly different from those before treatment(P>0.05),and the second month of follow-up.The C-ACT score in the third month was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group is superior to the control group in improving long-term clinical efficacy.Conclusion: The treatment of bronchial asthma in children with Zhuang medicine acupoint therapy(spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome)It can effectively control the onset of asthma and related symptoms in children and improve the symptoms of TCM in children.In conclusion it is worth for clinical application.
