Clinical RCT Of Resolve Phlegm And Collaterals Dredging Therapy Combined With Routine Western Therapy For Acute Ischemic Stroke:Meta-analysis

Objective: To systematically review evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Resolve phlegm and Collaterals dredging therapy of TCM combined with routine western therapy for the treatment of acute ischemic cerebral infraction.Methods: We used a computer to retrieval electronic databases including China Biology Medicine disc(CBM),VIP,CNKI,Wang Fang Data,The Pub Med,Web of science and The Cochrane Library all the randomized controlled trials literatures published before October 31,2018 on Resolve phlegm and Collaterals dredging therapy of TCM for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke,and supplement the potential literatures by reference.Literature screening,information extraction and literatures quality evaluation according to inclusion and exclusion were performed by 2 researchers independently.The Meta-analysis included clinical total effective rate,TCM syndrome effect,TCM symptom score,NIHSS score,Degree of nerve function injury treatment effect,ADL-BI score,hemorheology index,fibrinogen and other outcome indicators were analyzed with RevMan5.3 software.Because data cannot be extracted due to adverse reactions,we only perform descriptive analysis.Result:(1)In improving the total effective rate of clinical treatment,TCM symptom efficacy,Degree of nerve function injury treatment efficacy,ADL-BI score,the convention western therapy combined with Resolve phlegm and Collaterals dredging therapy of TCM was better than the routine western therapy groups;And it was also better than the Western medicine treatment control group in reducing NHISS score and TCM symptom score.In addition,the Resolve phlegm and Collaterals dredging therapy of TCM groups has more superiority on reducing fibrinogen and blood rheological indexes when better than the the control group in the reduction of blood high-cut viscosity,low-cut viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen.(2)Only descriptive analysis could not extract data for adverse reactions,and there were few studies on the detection of this index.Therefore,the two groups of patients before and after the study had no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:(1)Compared with the single western medicine treatment group,western medicine routine treatment combined with Resolve phlegm and Collaterals dredging therapy of TCM therapy for acute cerebral infarction,it has advantages in improving the total effective rate of treatment,improving the symptoms of neurological impairment and improving the independent living ability of patients.(2)It can also reduce fibrinogen and correct hemorheological abnormalities,which reduces the risk of recurrence of cerebral infarction to some extent.
