Objective: To observe the clinical effect of taking Yangyin Qingre Decoction in patients with differentiated carcinoma of thyroid after suppression of serum thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH).Methods: Sixty-six patients with differentiated thyroid cancer after operation were divided into control group and treatment group according to the wishes of the patients.Thirty-six cases of treatment group were treated For the control group.TSH value,serum thyroglobulin value,serum thyroglobulin value(TG)and symptom score before and after treatment were observed in two groups before and after treatment.Results: Therapeutic group was treated by nourishing Yin heat soup after 30 days,GanYan dryness of the mouth,irritability,heart palpitations,flustered,wakefulness,the improvement of the percentage in the order: 77.5%,80%,77.1%,80%,and the control group GanYan dry mouth,irritability,palpitations palpitate,not mei,in the percentage of32%,26%,26%,26%,because of the number of samples is more than 30,in the experimental group and treatment group were less than 0.05,the treatment group improved significantly higher than control group;Conclusion: Yangyin Qingre Tang has a good effect in improving the clinical symptoms of patients,can improve the quality of daily life of patient.
