Objective: To understand the status of unpaid blood donation knowledge,blood donation motivation,blood donation loyalty and perceived risk of first-time blood donors,and analyze the influencing factors.Provide valuable reference for unpaid blood donation,and make rational proposals for consolidating and expanding the blood donor team.Methods: A self-designed questionnaire was used to collect the first blood donors from5 blood donation houses in Changchun City from March 2018 to September 2018 by convenient sampling method.The questionnaire was distributed in 500 questionnaires and481 valid questionnaires were collected.The questionnaire included general information,unpaid blood donation knowledge,blood donation motivation,blood donation loyalty,and blood donation perceived risk.After the initial blood donors passed the regular consultation and physical examination,the surveyed questionnaires were sent on the spot by the investigators who were uniformly trained.A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed and all were collected.The recovery rate was 100%,of which 481 were valid questionnaires,and the effective rate was 96.20%.The questionnaires were numbered uniformly,sorted into computers,and statistically analyzed using SPSS19.0 statistical software.Results:1.The average score of the unpaid blood donation knowledge is 15.21±2.784 points.Marital status(F=6.760,P=0.001),education level(F=3.633,P=0.013),household registration(F=5.299,P=0.022),whether Family and Friends had donated blood(F=6.886,P=0.001))and whether the blood donation Propaganda(F=7.089,P=0.008)was the factor affecting the score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The average score of blood donation motivation is 22.91 ± 4.577 points.Age(F=3.924,P=0.009),BMI index(F=12.485,P<0.001),occupation(F=2.164,P=0.045),whether family and friends had donated blood(F=11.440,P<0.001),family Whether the friend had a blood transfusion due to illness(F=7.530,P=0.001)and whether he had received public donation(F=44.574,P<0.001)was the Factor that affected the score,andthe difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The average score of unpaid blood donation loyalty is 22.77±4.628 points.Age(F=3.837,P=0.010),whether family and friends had donated blood(F=5.842,P=0.003),whether family and friends had blood transfusion due to illness(F=7.975,P<0.001)as the factors affecting the score,the difference has Statistical significance(P <0.05).4.The average risk of blood donation perception is 15.60 ± 2.047 points.Age(F=13.378,P<0.001),education level(F=4.965,P=0.002),occupation(F=3.723,P=0.001),household registration(F=6.433,P=0.012),whether family and friends had donated blood(F=8.343,P<0.001)and whether they received public donation(F=7.405,P=0.007)as the factors affecting the score,the difference was statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: The knowledge of unpaid blood donation of first-time blood donors in Changchun City is at a medium level.Among the unpaid blood donation knowledge,some unmarried,undergraduate and junior college education,urban household registration,family and friends have blood donation experience,and the first blood donors who received the donation of blood donation have higher scores.The blood donation motive part of the 38-47 age group,24≤BMI<28(overweight),medical and health occupations,family and friends have blood donation experience,family and friends who have been transfused with blood and the first blood donors who have received unpaid blood donation Higher.Blood donation loyalty part of the 28-37 age group,family and friends have blood donation experience,family and friends had a higher score for the first blood donor due to blood transfusion.Perceived risk part 18-37 years old group,bachelor degree or above,medical and health workers,urban household registration,family and friends have blood donation experience and the first blood donors who received public blood donation have higher scores.
