Objective: To investigate the status quo of stress level of family members transferred from ICU,analyze the influencing factors, and construct a transitional nursing intervention program based on the results of the survey, aiming at reducing the stress level of ICU patients who are transferred to their families, thus improving family care to ability.Method: This study used a convenient sampling method. From June 2017 to April 2018,130 ICU from a comprehensive ICU of a tertiary hospital in Jilin Province were selected as the research subjects, using questionnaires to self-made.The general information questionnaire of patients and their families and the ICU transferred family stress assessment scale were used as survey tools.Questionnaires were collected, data were collected, and EXCEL forms were compiled. After establishing the database,SPSS24.0 was used for statistical data analysis.Analyze the influencing factors of family stress level, and formulate the transitional nursing intervention plan according to the influencing factors; The intervention study part facilitates the extraction of 55 cases of ICU patients from May 2018 to September 2018 as a control group. The department carried out the routine transfer procedure. From October 2018 to March 2019,62 patients from the ICU were selected as the observation group.During the transfer, the transitional nursing intervention was carried out on a routine basis, and the two groups of patients before and after the intervention were compared. The family's transfer stress level.Result:1.A total of 130 ICU patients were transferred from the study. The total migration stress was(54.48±4.32).2.The scores of each dimension are:(1.08±1.60),the environmental change dimension score is(8.86±1.44),the severity of the disease is(8.06±1.21),and the nursing mode is changed. The dimension score was(8.00±1.18),the safety score of the transfer process was(8.55±1.47),and the self-efficacy dimension of care capacity was(9.95±1.11).3.The top 4 scores in the 20 entries are: “I don't know enough about the patient's eating, excretion, activity, and rehabilitation training programs after the transfer, and I'm overwhelmed by the care work”.“If there is no guidance from the medical staff,I may I will take care of the patients”.“I think that even if I can transfer out of the ICU,the patient's condition is still heavier than the average patient”.“Before the transfer, the ICU caregivers have given me a full introduction”.4.Univariate analysis of statistically significant variables are: family attributes, family culture level, religious beliefs, family monthly income, relationship with patients, understanding of the condition, working status, patient age, patient stay in ICU,with or without Caregiver, experience of taking care of patients.5.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the degree of education, the time of admission to the ICU,the age of the patient, and the presence or absence of a common caregiver were the influencing factors of family members' stress.Together they explain 92.8% of family members' stress.6.According to the results of the investigation and analysis, the transitional nursing intervention program was formulated. Before the implementation of the program, the total score of the family members of the observation group was 54.98±1.96,and the total score of the family members of the control group was 55.42±1.98.There was no significant difference in the stress scores between the two groups(p>0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of the stresses between the two groups(p>0.05).The total score of family members in the observation group was(35.90±1.84),and the total stress of the family members in the control group was(55.38±2.14).The difference in stress scores between the two groups was statistical. The significance(p<0.05),the scores of the stress levels of the family members of the family were all statistically significant(p<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:1.The ICU transferred out of the patient's family members was at a moderate level of stress stress.2.The degree of education of the family members of the family members of the ICU,the time of admission to the ICU,the age of the patients, and the presence or absence of a common caregiver are factors influencing the stress of the family members of the ICU.3.According to the analysis of the influencing factors, the transitional nursing intervention program is formulated. The transitional nursing intervention can significantly reduce the stress level of the transfer of ICU patients' family members, and has practical promotion value in clinical.
