Objectives:To try to find a better way to improve the effectiveness of non-specific low back pain(NLBP)and give the patients more effective rehabilitation prescriptions, and improve the theory and practice in the field of NLBP rehabilitation by the study of two different forms of train methods on the young man with NLBP in the aspects of the subjective pain, the physical activity status and the characteristics of the surface electromyography of the lumbar abdominal muscle.Methods:45 patients with NLBP participated in the experiment, and were randomly assigned to groups A,B and C,with 15 cases in each group. After having received 2 weeks interference electrotherapy, patients in group A received stress biofeedback training, patients in group B received bridge exercise, group C patients received no training as blank control, all for 8 weeks. To determine the indicators respectively before the experiment, two weeks after the interference electrotherapy and 8 weeks after training, the indicators include: Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)to assess the scales of pain, improved ODI assess physical dysfunction, range of motion(ROM),assessment of lumbar spine mobility,△T for the order discharge of erector spinae and multifidus muscle, the root mean square(RMS)value of erector spinae and multifidus muscle, the median frequency(MF)of erector spinae and multifidus muscle, and the mean power frequency(MPF)of erector spinae and multifidus muscle,Data were compared statistically.Results:1.Test results of basic indicators: After 2 weeks of interference electrotherapy,VAS and improved ODI of the patients in the 3 groups were significantly decreased compared with that before(P < 0.01).the flexion and extension lumbar ROM of the patients in the 3 groups were significantly increased compared with that before(P < 0.01).After 8 weeks of training, there was a significant difference among the 3 groups(P < 0.01),and there was a significant difference between the two groups of A and B(P < 0.01).There was a significant difference among the 3 groups of flexion ROM(P < 0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups of A and B before treatment(P < 0.05).In the 3 groups of extension ROM,there were no significant differences between groups A and B(P > 0.05),and the increase in group A was compared with that after 2 weeks of interference electrotherapy(P < 0.05).2.Test results of the indicators of patients’ surface electromyography: After 2 weeks of interference electrotherapy, the △T of the 3 groups of patients is significantly decreased compared with that before(P < 0.05).The RMS of multifidus muscle and erecter spines among the 3 groups of patients showed significant decrease compared with that before(P < 0.05).The MF of multifidus muscle decreased in the three groups compared with that before treatment(P < 0.01),and the MF of transverse abdominis muscle decreased compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05).The MPF of multifidus muscle was decreased in all three groups(P < 0.05),and the MPF of transverse abdominis muscle was decreased in all three groups(P < 0.05).After 8 weeks of training, there are significant differences among the △T of groups A,B and C(P < 0.01),there were differences between group A and B(P < 0.05);and there were increases in group A and B compared with before treatment(P < 0.05).There are significant differences among the RMS of groups A,B and C(P < 0.01),there are no significant differences between groups A and B(P > 0.05),and significant differences between groups A and B before treatment(P < 0.05).There are significant differences among the MF and MPF of the group A,B and C(P < 0.01),there are significant differences between groups A and B(P < 0.05),and significant differences within group A and B than that before treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusions:1.Both the pressure biofeedback training and the bridge exercise are effective in relieving the pain of young male patients with non-special low back pain.2.The pressure biofeedback training is more effective in relieving pain of young male patients with non-special low back pain.
