| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical curative effect of Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with conventional western medicine treatment on stable COPD,and to comprehensively evaluate the ideal body mass percentage(IBW),serum albumin(ALB),immune index,lung function index,etc.to explore the application value of Shenling Baizhu Powder in the treatment of malnutrition and immune function in stable COPD,so as to provide a clinical basis for its application in stable COPD.MethodsIn this study,70 patients who visited the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2017 to September 2017 were randomly divided into control group arid treatment group with 35 cases in each group.The control group adopted the routine treatment plan recommended by Gold Guidelines in 2017 for stable COPD.In the treatment group,on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group,the traditional Chinese medicine decoction with oral Shenling Baizhu powder was added,and the course of treatment was three months.The changes of ideal body mass percentage(IBW),serum albumin(ALB),immune index,and lung function index in the two groups before and atter treatment were observed,and the ocurrence of adverse reactiorns during treatment was recorded.Results1.basel ine situation:there was no statistical difference in age,sex,ourse of disease,percentage of ideal body mass,serum albumin,immune index,and lung function index between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05),which was comparable.2.clinical curative effect:the total clinical effective rate in the treatment group was 97.1%,compared with 78.8%in the control group,the curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(p<0.05).3.nutrition index:TBW and ALB in the treatment group were significantly improved after treatment compared with those before treatment,and the difference was st.atistically significant(p<0.05).The IBW and ALB in the control group did not improve significantly after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,IBW and ALB in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).4.Immune index:①cellular immunity:after treatment,cd3+,cd3+CD4+,cd3+CD8+,th/ts in the treatment group were significantly higher than those before treatment(p<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(p<0.05).However,rno significant improvement was found in CD3+,CD3+CD4+,CD3+CD8+,TH/TS in the control group after treatment(P>0.05).②humoral immunity:there was no significant difference in IgG,IgA,IgM,IgE,C3 and C4 between the control group and t.he control group after treatment(p>0.05).After treatment,the complement C4 index in the treatment group was significantly higher than that before treatment,and IgE index was significantly lower than that before treatment(p<0.05),while IgA,IgM,IgG and complement C3 had no statistical significance compared with that before treatment(p>0.05).5.Lung function index:FVC/PRE(%)and Fe VI/PRE(%)were significantly improved after treatment in both groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).A fter treatment,the fvc/pre(%),fe vl/pre(%),and(fe vl/fvc)/pre(%)in the treatment group were not significantly different from those in the control group by t test(p>0.05).6.Safety index:There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients before and after treatment(p>0.05).Conclusion:Addition and subtraction of Shenling Baizhu Powder can improve malnutrition,regulate immunity and improve the resistance of patients with COPD in stable phase,with fewer side effects.It can be used as a rehabilitation therapy for COPD in stable phase. |
