Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Carcinomatous Ascites By Jianpi Huayu Li Shui Prescription

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Huayu Li Shui prescription on cancer ascites,and to provide a new way of treatment for the treatment of cancer ascites.MethodsSixty-four patients with cancerous ascites were randomly divided into observation group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases).The control group received only conventional western medicine,urination,abdominal puncture,catheter placement,diuresis,maintenance of electrolyte stability and albumin supplementation,24-hour fluid intake.The amount is:The average patient is 1000ml.If the patient’s output decreases or increases,the amount can be adjusted appropriately;albumin supplement:albumin 10-20g/d,after albumin,furosemide 20-40mg/d;such as Ultrasound display the maximum depth of the dark area of peritoneal effusion≥4.0cm or dyspnea,abdominal distention and other uncomfortable persons shall be performed by intraperitoneal puncture and catheter placement(Fixed puncture point),and the number and total number of ascites drainage within 2 weeks of the observation period shall be recorded;The observation group was treated with Oral Invigorating Spleen and Removing Blood Stasis on the basis of routine western medicine treatment for 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,the effects of ascites,abdominal circumference,TCM syndrome scores,quality of life scores,related tumor indexes,blood routine,liver and kidney function,electrolytes,and heart rate were observed in both groups.ResultsAs for the efficacy evaluation of ascites,the ascites stability rates of the observation group and the control group were 90.62%and 71.88%,respectively.The stability rate of ascites in the observation group was better than that of the control group.The difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the abdominal circumference difference,the abdominal circumference of the two groups was significantly reduced after treatment,but the improvement of the observation group after treatment was better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the frequency of ascites in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observations on the remission of cancerous ascites from different tumors in the observation group showed that the ascites efficiencies of ovarian cancer,gastric cancer,colon cancer,and liver cancer were 80%,60%,25%,and 25%,respectively,and the stabilization rates were 100%and 100%,respectively.%,87.5%,75%;ovarian cancer and gastric cancer are significantly better than liver cancer and colorectal cancer.In the improvement of TCM syndrome scores,the clinical cure rate,markedly effective rate,effective rate,and total effective rate in the observation group were 6.25%,28.12%,50%,and 84.375%,respectively;while in the control group,the clinical cure rate,significant efficiency,and effective rate,The total effective rates were 0%,21.87%,43.75%,and 65.62%.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of the TCM syndrome in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.In terms of quality of life,the improvement of the quality of life score in the observation group was better than that in the control group.After the rank sum test,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.There were no significant differences between the two groups in the related tumor markers and peripheral blood counts(p>0.05).In terms of maintaining the electrolyte balance,the electrolytes of the observation group all approached normal values.Compared with the control group,sodium ions were significantly lower and potassium ions were significantly increased.After examination,P<0.05,there was a significant difference between the two groups.The electrolyte is more stable.In liver and kidney function and heart rate,the transaminase,albumin increased,blood urea,creatinine increased slightly,and heart rate decreased in the observation group;the liver function index of the control group tended to be stable,the drop was not obvious,and the albumin decreased slightly.The functional impairment was more serious,and urea and creatinine were significantly increased.After examination,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the observation group had advantages in improving liver function and stabilizing the heart rate.ConclusionJianpi Huayuli Shuifang helps to reduce the symptoms associated with cancerous ascites,improve their quality of life,and has a certain effect on liver function and electrolyte stability,suggesting that Jianpi Huayu Lishui can be used to treat cancerous ascites.For the treatment of cancerous ascites combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the clinical application of reference.
