cancer inpatients,we have grasped the occurrence of anxiety depression and quality of life, and we explored and analyzed the influencing factors in patients with breast cancer, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. This study will provide data-support and practical basis for reducing patients’ negative psychological state, improving patients’ quality of life.nursing quality, and promoting patients’ rehabilitation. Methods:We used three scales as investigation tools, namely Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Quality of Life Scale(FACT-B).We selected breast cancer inpatients in the Department of Breast Surgery as the research objects in Jilin Cancer Hospital from January 2018 to July 2018.We collected general demographic and clinical data,as well as corresponding scale scores from all patients,to assess anxiety, depression and quality of life status. We used IBM SPSS 20 statistical software to build database and conduct statistical analysis. If the data were normal distribution data,it was expressed as(M ± SD).Independent sample t test was used for comparison between two groups, and one-way ANOVA was used for comparison among multiple groups. For non normal data,M(Q)is used and rank sum test is used. The incidence of anxiety and depression was measured by chi square test.Spearman rank correlation was used to study the correlation between anxiety, depression and quality of life among the three groups.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors. The difference was statistically significant in P<0.05.Results:1.Among 193 inpatients with breast cancer,176 of them had anxiety, accounting for 91.2%.The average score of anxiety was(60.97 ± 8.08),which was higher than the domestic norm(33.80 ± 5.90).156 patients with depression, accounting for 80.8%,the average score of depression was(59.44 8.01),higher than the domestic norm(41.88 ± 10.57).The average score of quality of life was(76.61 ± 14.15).Spearman rank correlation showed that there was significant difference in the coefficients, indicating that anxiety scores and depression scores were positively correlated, anxiety and depression scores and quality of life original score was negatively correlated.2.In terms of general demographic characteristics, there was no significant difference in scores of anxiety and depression(P > 0.05),such as age, residence, marital status, occupation, mode of payment for medical expenses, family history of breast cancer, etc. But patients with different income,self-reported sleep status, hospitalization days in depression, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of clinical characteristics, there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between inpatients with breast cancer who received chemotherapy or not(P > 0.05);there was significant difference in anxiety and depression scores among patients with different surgical methods(P < 0.05);there was significant difference in clinical grading, neoadjuvant chemotherapy and different neoadjuvant chemotherapy. There was a significant difference in the scores of depression among patients with risk score(P<0.05).3.In terms of quality of life, there were significant differences among the groups with different educational background, occupation, income and hospitalization days(P < 0.05).In terms of clinical characteristics, there were significant differences in the scores of QOL among patients with different surgical methods, clinical grading, postoperative risk grading and neoadjuvant therapy(P < 0.05).4.In the detection rate of anxiety and depression in breast cancer inpatients, there were significant differences in the detection rate of anxiety among breast cancer inpatients with different educational background and surgical methods(P < 0.05);different sleep conditions, hospitalization days, surgical methods, clinical grading,post-operative risk grading, whether or not the neoadjuvant treatment of breast cancer hospitalization. There was significant difference in the detection rate of depression(P < 0.05).Logistic regression showed that depression in breast cancer inpatients was correlated with different surgical methods(P < 0.05);stepwise linear regression showed that quality of life was correlated with different income, clinical grade, different surgical methods and neoadjuvant treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusions:1.The average scores of anxiety and depression in 193 breast cancer inpatients were higher than those in the national norm.2.The score of depression was negatively correlated with the score of quality of life, that is,the higher the score of depression, the worse the quality of life.3.Different surgical procedures are associated with anxiety in hospitalized breast cancer patients.Surgery is the main influencing factor of depression in hospitalized breast cancer patients.4.Income,clinical stages, neoadjuvant therapy and surgical methods are the main factors affecting the quality of life of breast cancer inpatients. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Breast Cancer, Anxiety, Depression, Quality Of Life | PDF Full Text Request |
