| Purpose:Through the investigation of basic data, social support and anxiety and depression in patients with lower extremity arterial occlusive disease, the prevalence of anxiety and depression in patients with lower extremity arterial occlusive disease is described, and the risk factors affecting anxiety and depression in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliteration are reflected. The level of anxiety and depression in these patients provides a theoretical basis for clinical nursing and treatment work, improving patients’ psychological status, improving quality of life, prolonging patient survival time, and providing scientific basis for future clinical teaching and preoperative psychological intervention.Materials and Methods:Patients who were admitted to the Department of Interventional Vascular Surgery of a Sanjia Clinical Hospital in Siping City during the period from January 20 to 2018 in 2018 were enrolled in the lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans. The questionnaire was completed by combining the questionnaire with the patient’s medical records. The questionnaire mainly includes the patient general questionnaire, the Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),and the hospital anxiety and depression scale.(Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale,HAD),the case data mainly included information on disease stage, treatment and past history, and a total of 310 valid questionnaires were obtained. The data was entered twice using Epidata software, and then SPSS24.0 software was used for statistical description and analysis of possible factors influencing the anxiety and depression of patients. Results:In this study,75.2% of patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans had anxiety symptoms, and 74.6% of them had depressive symptoms. Most of the patients had lower cultural level, lived in towns and cities, and had work, but the monthly income was lower.2,000 yuan, married, with insurance, the disease symptoms staging is mainly concentrated in the first phase, the asymptomatic period, the course of the disease is mainly patients who have just been diagnosed, most of the drug treatment, occasionally participate in physical exercise, half of the patients have smoking and drinking Habits, satisfaction with living conditions and health services, fear that the disease will cause harm to others and burden others, fear of losing social function, but most people can get support from others. The total score of social support for patients in this study was 33.9±7.73,divided into 20 points,of which 91.5% had better social support. In the correlation analysis between social support score and anxiety and depression score,Social support scores, subjective social support, objective social support, and social support utilization were negatively correlated with anxiety or depression scores, with statistical significance(P<0.01).That is,the lower the social support score, the higher the degree of anxiety and depression. In the single-factor logistic regression analysis of patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans, meaningful variables include: education level, marital status, disease stage, course of disease, treatment, pain grading, drinking, smoking, satisfactory living conditions, health services Satisfaction, whether you trust the attending physician, whether you will get care from others after illness, whether you will worry about losing social function due to illness, whether you can withstand stress and whether you get better social support(P<0.05).In the single factor logistic regression analysis of the factors affecting depression in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans, meaningful variables include: education level, working status, disease stage, course of disease, blood lipid index, pain grading, satisfactory living conditions, and satisfactory health service.Whether to trust the attending physician, whether to worry about the damage caused by the disease, whether to get care from others after the illness and whether to obtain better social support(P<0.05).After screening out meaningful single factors, the meaningful variables were included in the multivariate logistic regression analysis. The disease duration and health service satisfaction were statistically significant for the patient’s anxiety symptoms, and the anxiety was obtained as the disease duration prolonged. The greater the risk of symptoms;the satisfaction of health services is also statistically significant for patients with depressive symptoms. Conclusion: Patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans have a higher prevalence of anxiety and depressive symptoms, and social support is negatively correlated with anxiety and depressive symptoms. In the course of clinical diagnosis and treatment, attention should be paid to the role of social support in the treatment of patients’ diseases and improve the patient’s satisfaction with medical services degree. |
