Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics and related risk factors of chronic hepatitis B(HBV)with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods: Used a retrospective, sampling, randomized study was conducted,From February 2014 to December 2016,172 patients of chronic hepatitis B with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease diagnosis and treatment of infectious disease center in our hospital were selected as the study group, and the other 172 patients of chronic hepatitis B without nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in our hospital were selected as the control group.Recorded general demographic data, risk factors survey indicators, laboratory indexes, and were given the correlation analysis. Results: Through the statistical comparison. There was no significant difference in gender, age, body mass index and fasting blood glucose compared between the two groups(P>0.05).The TC,TG,ALT and GGT values in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of liver fat lesion and the degree of fibrosis in the study group were significantly higher than that of the control group that were more with 3 grade-4 grade(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the study group of patients with fatty liver disease, fibrosis were significantly correlated the ALT,GGT and TC(P<0.05);Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that ALT,GGT and TC were the risk factors of chronic hepatitis B with fatty liver disease(P<0.05).Conclusion: The chronic hepatitis B with hepatic steatosis is more common that is more accompanied by abnormal blood lipid and liver function index.ALT,GGT and TC are the main risk factors for fatty liver disease. |
