Study On The Clinical Effect And Expectant Value Of Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Diabetic Gastroparesis

Objective: To explore the effect of expectant value on the therapeutic effect of acupuncture in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis with different expectation values by acupuncture,and to evaluate the results and safety,so as to provide important reference for the research and clinical application of acupuncture therapy.Methods: in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Department of Endocrinology treatment area and 973 clinics with diabetic gastroparesis diagnostic criteria in patients selected in this experiment included 60 cases of patients with standard,according to the expected value of acupuncture level,divided into high expectations of acupuncture group(30 cases)and low expectations(30 cases of acupuncture group).On the basis of maintaining the control of blood sugar,the two groups were treated with the same method of acupuncture,and the results of the test were observed after the 1 course of treatment(4 weeks).The severity index(GCSI scale),gastric emptying rate and related physical examination improvement of all patients before and after treatment were recorded and analyzed statistically.Results: after clinical observation,it was found that after 1 courses of treatment,the gastric emptying rate and the severity index of gastroparesis in the two groups were all improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The effect of the gastric emptying rate and the severity index of gastroparesis in the high expectant group was more significant(P<0.01).The total effective rate was86.67% in the high expectation group and 63.33% in the low expectant group.It is suggested that the high expectant value of acupuncture can promote the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis by acupuncture.Conclusion: the high expectant value of acupuncture is helpful to strengthen the therapeutic effect of acupuncture in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.There is no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment of this disease by acupuncture.It shows that acupuncture combined with positive psychological expectation can significantly reduce the time of gastric emptying in patients with gastroparesis and relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,which is worthy of further research and popularization.
