| Objective:To study the clinal of Bushenshuganhuoxue Theraphy combined hCG to Recurrent the Luteinized Unruptured Folliele Syndrome of Kidney deficiency an d stagnation of liver.Methods:1.Collect 2015.09 to 2017.12 in the hospital of Chinese medicine in shandong provincial hospital,a total of 57 patients with infertility diagnosis of LUFS,consistent with this topic kidney liver depression type of LUFS inclusion criteria.Treatment were randomly divided into 2 groups,the chlorine meters Finn stimulate ovulation cycle,test way to kidney and liver qi and Chinese medicine treatment of joint hCG injection therapy,the control group only give muscle HCG injection treatment,29 cases in treatment group and 28 in control group.2.One menstrual cycle is a course of treatment,each group is treated for 3courses.The two groups were monitored by B-ultrasound:Each group in the treatment of three menstrual cycles,two groups of patients were performed under ultrasound monitoring follicle:observe any advantage follicles discharge;Ovary blood flow monitoring:ovary blood flow resistance index（RI）,and ovary blood flow pulsation index（PI）changes;Peak serum LH,E2,P level changes.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 89.7%,control group total effective rate was 67.9%,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）;Treatment group in improving patients with ovulation rate,improve the serum level of sex hormones（LH,E2,P peak）,improve the ovarian blood flow perfusion were better than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.During the period of treatment,treatment group and the control group,and adverse events were not patients without obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Kidney liver qi and joint hCG can effective treatment of unruptured follicle luf syndrome,significantly improve patients with ovulation rate,is an effective method to treat the disease,worthy of clinical use and research. |
