Clinical Study On Treatment Of Simple Abdominal Obesity With Phlegm Of Spleen Deficiency By Embedded Wire And Moxibustion

purposeObserve the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion one-body therapy on simple abdominal obesity with spleen deficiency and phlegm-dispelling type.Discuss the mechanism of selecting acupoints combined with back acupoint selection in Ren channel,Belt channel,Spleen and Stomach channel,as well as the theoretical basis of drug-separated moxibustion and Shenque.At the same time,further standardize clinical operations,and fully demonstrate the characteristics and advantages of this topic in the treatment of simple abdominal obesity.MethodA total of 60 patients from the acupuncture and moxibustion clinic of the Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected according to the inclusion criteria.The patients were divided into two groups according to the order of visits.The even group was the treatment group and 30 patients were treated with the therapy of catgut embeding and moxibustion.The line was combined with drug-separated moxibustion and Shenque;the odd-numbered array was the control group and 30 cases were treated with simple embedding method.Both groups were treated with two courses of treatment.One course of treatment was four weeks,each week.The body weight,and waist circumference and the body mass index was calculated of the patients before and after treatment were observed,and to compare the scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment.Result(1)Clinical curative effect: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.3%.The curative effect of the two groups was compared(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.(2)TCM syndrome scores: After 2 courses of treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was compared(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.The treatment group was superior to the control group.(3)Body mass index: Aafter 2 courses of treatment,BMI of the two groups was compared(P=0.015),the treatment group was superior to the control group.(4)Waist circumference: After treatment,waist circumference of the two groups was compared(P=0.0133),the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than before treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group.ConclusionThe combination of catgut embeding and moxibustion and moxibustion therapy can effectively improve the symptoms of simple sputum deficiency and diarrhea,reduce body weight,BMI,and waist circumference compared with acupoint catgut embedding on the spleen stagnation,indicating the points of appointment,veins,spleen,stomach,and back points and septum ailments.The application of drug-separated moxibustion and Shenque is an effective treatment for improving curative effect.
