| Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy of Xuan Chang San Jiao method in the treatment of initial type 2 diabetes insulin resistance(damp-heat dampness syndrome)and evaluate its safety.Methods: Sixty patients who meet the requirements were randomly divided into two groups(30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group).The treatment group was given jia wei san ren tang Decoction on the basis of basic treatment,and the control group was given metformin hydrochloride tablets on the basis of basic treatment.Observe the changes of TCM symptoms,blood glucose,blood lipids and insulin resistance before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.Results: After treatment,TCM symptoms,blood glucose,blood lipid levels and insulin resistance of the two groups of patients were improved compared with before treatment;the treatment group was better than the control group in improving TCM symptoms,blood lipid levels and insulin resistance;During the treatment period,no adverse drug reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion: Based on the Xuan chang San jiao method,The use of jia wei san ren tang Decoction to treat initial type 2 diabetes mellitus insulin resistance can improve patients’ TCM symptoms,blood glucose,blood lipid levels and insulin resistance,and their clinical application has no obvious side effects. |
