| Objective: By detecting rheumatoid arthritis(RA)patients and healthy controls the expression of Th22 and Th17 cells in peripheral blood,and the corresponding laboratory indexes and combining with the patient and disease activity in correlation analysis,to explore different TCM syndrome types of Th22 and Th17 cells expression level and the link between the disease activity.Methods:Randomly selected 117 cases met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of rheumatoid arthritis.According to the syndrome differentiation of TCM syndromes,20 healthy people were selected as the control group.To determine the expression of Th22 and Th17 cells in peripheral blood;At the same time,DAS28 score was performed,and laboratory related project testing was conducted for patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Results:(1)Th22 cells,Th17 cells and pureTh17 cells in patients with rheumatoid arthritis group expressed respectively(1.32 + 0.62)%,(2.30 + 0.75)%,(1.70 + 0.60)%,were higher than healthy controls(0.61 + 0.15)%,(1.16 + 0.16)%,(0.95 + 0.26)%.(2)Elevated Th22 cells and Th17 cells were positively correlated with joint swelling,joint tenderness,DAS28 scores,ESR and CRP.Conclusion:(1)Rheumatoid arthritis patients of peripheral blood Th22,Th17 and pureTh17 cells between the two are positively correlated,the rise of prompt some associated with disease progression of rheumatoid arthritis,heat-dampness obstruction syndrome and phlegm-stasis obstruction syndrome Th22 and Th17 cells were higher than cold-dampness obstruction syndrome and liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.This provides more evidence for TCM syndrome differentiation.(2)Rheumatoid arthritis patients in a number of joint swelling,joint tenderness,DAS28 score,ESR,CRP and so on,heat-dampness obstruction syndrome and phlegm-stasis obstruction syndrome,significantly higher than cold-dampness obstruction syndrome and liver and kidney deficiency syndrome,prompt heat-dampness obstruction syndrome and phlegm-stasis obstruction syndrome higher disease activity of rheumatoid arthritis patients. |
