| Objective:Using Meta-analysis comprehensive quantitative analysis of the related research methods of primary hypertension clinical curative effect on patients at home and abroad have been published with Huoxuehuayu therapy,in order to provide scientific basis for clinical treatment with Huoxue Huayu primary high blood pressure.Methods:According to the requirements of the evaluation system:(1)to develop a comprehensive and reasonable search strategy;(2)formulate strict inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria should include the characteristics of the research objects and research related interventions,outcomes and other related literature research;(3)according to the quality evaluation criteria for clinical trials of RCT research into the risk assessment bias;(4)extracting relevant data,using Review Manager 5.3 software,the results are discussed in the paper;(5)the funnel plot to represent the publication bias.Results: A total of 23 documents were included in this study,and 2279 people were included in the study.The Meta analysis results showed that:(1)to 4 weeks two groups of antihypertensive effect as the object of observation,the combined effect of the amount of testing in the conventional western medicine plus antihypertensive treatment with drugs to blood stasis primary hypertension clinical curative effect in the patients with 4 weeks antihypertensive effect: MD = 4.50,95% CI [3.16,6.40],statistical significance test Z=8.34,P<0.00001,the difference was statistically significant;(2)in the 4 week of the two groups systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure changes as the object of observation,in the conventional western medicine plus treated with antihypertensive drugs blood stasis primary hypertension clinical curative effect after 4 weeks of shrinkage test the combined effect of pressure change: MD =-5.42,95%CI[-6.56,-4.28].Statistical significance test Z=9.34,P<0.00001,the difference was statistically significant;in conventional western medicine plus treated with antihypertensive drug Huoxue Huayu primary clinical therapy in patients with hypertension The combined effect of changes in 4 Zhou Shuzhang effect test pressure: MD =-3.65,95%CI[-4.45,-2.85],statistical significance test Z=8.92,P < 0.00001,the difference was statistically significant;(3)changes in the 4 week of the two groups of heart rate were observed,the combined effect of the amount of testing in the conventional Western medicine based on the use of antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of blood stasis.The clinical curative effect of primary hypertension patients 4 weeks of heart rate changes: MD=-2.47,95%CI[-4.33,-0.62],statistical significance test Z=2.61,P=0.009,the difference was statistically significant;(4)changes in the 4 week of the two groups of TCM syndrome curative effect as the object of observation,the combined effect of the amount of inspection on the basis of conventional western medicine in hypertension treatment with blood circulation drugs in primary hypertension clinical curative effect in the patients with 4 weeks of efficacy of TCM syndrome: MD=4.20,95%CI[2.25,7.84],statistical significance test Z=4.51,P < 0.00001,the difference was statistically significant;(5)in the 4 week of two groups of lipids(TC,TG,LDL-C)index as the object of observation,the combined effect of the amount of testing in the conventional western medicine plus antihypertensive treatment with drugs to blood stasis primary hypertension clinical curative effect after 4 weeks of TC value change: MD =-0.90.The 95%CI[-1.24,-0.55],a statistically significant Z=5.11 test,P < 0.00001,the difference was statistically significant;the combined effect of the amount of testing in the conventional western medicine plus antihypertensive treatment with drugs to blood stasis primary hypertension clinical curative effect after 4 weeks of TG value change: MD=-0.40,95%CI[-0.58,-0.22],statistical significance test Z=4.35,P < 0.0001 and the difference was statistically significant;in conventional western medicine plus treated with antihypertensive drugs blood stasis primary hypertension clinical curative effect after 4 weeks of LDL-C value change Inspection: the combined effect of the amount of MD =-0.39,95%CI[-0.64,-0.13],statistical significance test Z=2.99,P = 0.003,the difference was statistically significant;(6)there are 2 papers referred to the endothelium-dependent diastolic function of brachial artery(FMD)treatment group FMD was significantly increased compared with that before the treatment,compared with the control group there were statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Based on Meta analysis combined with blood stasis treatment of primary hypertension patients with clinical literature,confirmed with clinical therapeutic drug Huoxue Huayu primary hypertension clinical curative effect in improving the 4 weeks systolic and diastolic blood pressure,antihypertensive effect,heart rate and blood lipid levels and TCM syndromes,such as have curative effect,and the conventional treatment group is better than the standard western medicine;(2)Combined with drugs on blood circulation for the treatment of various types of primary hypertension can benefit;(3)Related with Huoxuehuayu therapy in clinical routine western medicine based on blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension clinical literature quality needs to be improved;(4)Included a few papers mentioned the adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine application in the literature does not provide evidence for clinical drug safety. |
