Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Non-Dipper Essential Hypertension By Using The Theory Of Open And Closed Pivot

Objective: Through clinical study,to observe the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu oral liquid on non-dipper essential hypertension,to explore the mechanism of the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu oral liquid on non-dipper essential hypertension,and to provide a new idea for clinical treatment of hypertension.Methods:60 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into two group,: control group and experimental group,each group of 30 cases.The control group: amlodipine benzene sulfonic acid 5 mg qd or amlodipine(Ⅰ)1 piece qd.The experimental group:amlodipine benzene sulfonic acid 5 mg qd or valsartan amlodipine(Ⅰ)1 piece qd,and given the Xuefu Zhuyu oral liquid at the same time.The curative effect was observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result: 1.The result showeded that both groups were effective for essential hypertension(P<0.05),the mean systolic pressure/mean diastolic pressure in the pre-treatment group was150.92±9.92/93.04±5.37,the mean systolic pressure/mean diastolic pressure in the control group was 152.21±10.54/95.21±4.82.After treatment,the mean systolic pressure/mean diastolic pressure in the experimental group was 137.89±12.20/83.07±9.44,the mean systolic pressure/mean diastolic pressure in the control group was139.40±13.56/85.24±5.93.After treatment,blood pressure was controlled and both groups were effective.2.The effect of experimental group is better than that of control group in lowering blood pressure at night.After treatment,the systolic/diastolic blood pressure at night in the experimental group was 124.79±9.37/71.64±3.76,the systolic/diastolic blood pressure at night in the control was 136.00±9.24/75.80±8.83.3.From the circadian rhythm of blood pressure,the number of patients in the experimental group who converted from non-dipper curve to dipper curve was higher than that in the control group.4.In the treatment effect of TCM symptoms,the total curative effect of TCM symptoms,the individual of TCM symptoms,the experimental group and the control group can improve the total effect of TCM symptoms(P<0.05),but the experimental group is better than the control group(P<0.05);The symptoms of experimental group include vertigo,headache,weakness of waist and knee,five upset fever,palpitation,Insomnia and other individual of TCM symptoms were better than the control group(P<0.05).It showed that Xuefu Zhuyu oral liquid played an important role in improving symptoms.Xuefu Zhuyu oral liquid acts on shaoyang pivot and shaoyin pivot,pivoting shaoyang qi movement to promote qi circulation,pivoting shaoyin qi movement to promote blood circulation.The normal axis of human body and the normal circulation of qi and blood,yin and yang,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with essential hypertension due to yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome under the imbalance of yin and yang.Conclusion: Xuefu Zhuyu oral liquid combined with western medicine basic treatment has obvious curative effect on blood pressure reduction,and can significantly improve blood pressure circadian rhythm.,and it can improve the clinical symptoms such as vertigo,headache,weakness of waist and knee,five Upset fever,palpitation,insomnia and so on.
