| Objective:Analysis some relative indicators between Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and No liver disease,to explore the differences of them,enhancing the cognition of doctors and the public for NAFLD,providing evidence for NAFLD early diagnosis,early treatment,early prevention.Methods:selective the inpatients of Liver diseases branch and Gastrointestinal branch from October,2016 to January,2019 in First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University through the electronic case browsing system;113 cases(78man,35 woman)with NAFLD were sorted and arranged,and 110 cases(73 men,37women)without No liver diseases likewise,223 cases altogether.Compare the age,gender,body mass,body mass index,fasting blood sugar,serum triglyceride,serum Low-density Lip-protein-Cholesterol,serum free fatty acid,serum albumin etc.The data was analyzed by SPSS 22.0.Results:In the study,BMI,TG,LDL-C,FBS,FFA are higher in the NAFLD group than that in the No liver diseases group,further more,the difference is significant;But the albumin quantity in the two groups has no significant difference.Conclusion:Examining the BM,BMI,TG,LDL-C,FBS,FFA in the patients with NAFLD for early diagnosis;if any one of these indicators is abnormal,liver function,blood routine,coagulation,B type ultrasound,computerized tomography,magnetic resonance imaging etc.should be conducted for further diagnosis;The NAFLD should examine their indicators regularly,or be treated,preventing the disease from deteriorating to liver fibrosis,or even worse,like liver cirrhosis,hepatocellular carcinoma. |
