| Objective: To analyze the risk factors of venous thromboeemism(VTE)after gynecological surgery, and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of VTE.Methods: It was conducted by A retrospective case-control study,The first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang Medical University was admitted to the hospital for gynecologic surgery from January 2013 to December 2017.A total of 42 patients with postoperative VTE were the case group, according to 1:4.The proportion of 168 patients who did not have VTE after hospitalization for the same disease in the same period was randomly selected as the control group. It was performed using spss18.0 software, followed by multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis. Results: The single factor results showed that the risk factors of hospitalization days,D-dimer,prothrombin time, fibrinogen, operation time, and combined disease were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant effect with age,BMI,platelet count, surgical procedure, first hospitalization reasons, operative time, and hemostatic drugs.Multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis revealed hospitalization days(95% CI 1.48~2.735,OR=2.135),prothrombin time(95% CI 1.784~5.471,OR=2.135),fibrinogen(95%)CI 2.476 to 4.870,OR = 3.721)is an independent risk factor for VTE.Conclusions: Hospital days, prothrombin time, and fibrinogen are risk factors for VTE after gynecologic surgery. The development of VTE is caused by a combination of various risk factors.Early prevention, timely diagnosis and treatment are needed. |
