| Objective: To study the clinical pathology and preoperative serum indexes of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis(HT)combined with thyroid micropapillary carcinoma(PTMC),and to analyze the difference between them,to provide more active treatment methods and improve the prognosis of patients. Methods: A retrospective analysis of patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with thyroid micropapillary carcinoma and patients with thyroid micropapillary carcinoma who underwent vascular thyroid surgery from January 2015 to December 2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.Pre-serological changes, clinical pathological indicators, etc.,analyze the differences between the two.Results:1.The occupation rate of female patients in the observation group(PTMC+HT)was higher than that in the control group(PTMC)P=0.000<0.05;2.The average level of TGAb in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.P=0.000<0.05;The average level of TPOAb in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.P=0.000<0.05;The average level of TSH in the observation group was higher than that in the control group P=0.001<0.05.3.Postoperative pathology showed that the multifocal occupancy rate was higher than that of the control group,P=0.000<0.05.4.There was no significant difference in the rate of lymph node metastasis between the observation group and the control group(P=0.999>0.05).Conclusion: Compared with thyroid micropapillary carcinoma, there is no significant difference in age of onset and lymph node metastasis between Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and thyroid micropapillary carcinoma.Female and multifocal cases are more common,TGAb,TPOAb and TSH.The value is higher. |
