Clinical Study On The Effect Of Xiaoliu Decoction On The Expression Of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor In Postoperative Patients With Colorectal Cancer

Objective: Study the effects of fuzhengquxie method based on xiaoliu decoction in colorectal cancer patients by anti vascular endothelial growth factor and the clinical effects and mechanism of xiaoliu decoction in treating colorectal cancer.Methods: In clinical 60 Patients of colorectal cancer were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 in every group.Intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy was used in both groups after operation.The treatment group was treated with Xiaoliu Decoction,a traditional Chinese medicine decoction,on the basis of chemotherapy.According to the syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM,the patients in the treatment group were divided into three types: deficiency of Qi and blood,accumulation of dampness and heat,stagnation of Qi and blood stasis.The drugs were added or subtracted according to the symptoms on the basis of Xiaoliu Decoction.By using double antibody sandwich ELISA to detect serumal vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),compare the expression inhibitory effect of VEGF and discuss the inhibitory effect of Xiaoliu Decoction to VEGF.To evaluate the effect of Xiaoliu Decoction on patients with colorectal cancer after operation by comparing the changes of serum levels of VEGF、improvement of TCM symptoms、and tumor markers before and after treatment.Results: The results showed that the expression of VEGF after treatment in the treatment group was significantly lower than before,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In terms of quality of life improvement,the effective rate of treatment group(90.00%)was significantly higher than that of control group(46.70%),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In terms of symptom improvement,the effective rate of treatment group(60.00%)was significantly higher than that of control group(26.70%),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In terms of tumor markers,CEA,CA125 and CA199 in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the two groups at different time points(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in local recurrence,distant metastasis and 1-year survival rate between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoliu Decoction can inhibit the expression of serum vascular endothelial growth factor in patients with colorectal cancer,which may have a preventive effect on metastasis and recurrence of patients with colorectal cancer after operation.It can also improve the TCM symptoms of patients with colorectal cancer after operation and improve the quality of life.
