Research On Privacy Ethics Of Medical Big Data

The development and utilization of large medical data has built a platform for sharing medical resources data and information,improved the utilization efficiency of medical resources,and played a positive role in promoting medical research,disease diagnosis and treatment,and the development of medical and health undertakings.But at the same time,the open medical data has high commercial value.People can get more benefits by using the data information of medical resources in the big data,which stimulates people’s desire to dig the data information of medical resources in depth,and lays a foreshadowing for privacy disclosure.In addition,the current system and existing technology have shortcomings in privacy protection,which makes the issue of privacy disclosure occur from time to time,and the ethical issue of privacy of medical big data needs to be solved urgently.By using the methods of documentation and comparative study,this study systematically combs the relevant research on privacy of medical big data at home and abroad,grasps the research status scientifically,and finds the breakthrough of this study.On the basis of defining the relevant concepts scientifically and finding the ethical theory that can support this research,the privacy ethics problems caused by the marketization,commercialization and capitalization of medical big data are deeply analyzed by comprehensive analysis method.Based on ethical theory,this study systematically expounds the three root causes of the ethical issues of privacy of medical big data,namely,the over-opening of data market leads to technology alienation,social changes lead to data variation into commodities,and the heterotopic concept of subject leads to the prominent profit-seeking of capital.This study suggests that we should do a good job in the technical control of the privacy protection of medical big data,improve the laws,regulations and institutional mechanisms of medical big data,enhance citizens’ awareness of protecting other people’s privacy and their own privacy,prevent the risk of privacy leakage,eliminate the ethical issues of medical big data privacy,and ensure the healthy development of medical big data science.
