| Objective:To observe the effect of Guantong Decoction treatment of NT-proBNP、galectin-3 and heart function in patients with chronic heart failure and syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis. Methods:All the cases were collected from Ruikang Hospital and Airport Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to January 2019.The patients were divided into control group and treatment group with 30 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group received western medicine standardized treatment, and the treatment group was treated with Guantong prescription on the basis of western medicine standardized treatment in the control group. The treatment course of both groups was 5 weeks. Before and after treatment were recorded at the end of the two groups of patients with cardiac function and left ventricular systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic Canon(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),NT-proBNP,galectin-3,the effect of TCM syndrome score,6 minutes walk test, liver and kidney function, blood routine, routine urine and feces routine index, compared with coronary heart disease(CHD)before and after the treatment of chronic heart failure to improve the situation and changes every index. Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.20%,higher than that in the control group 62.10%,and the difference was statistically significant. After treatment, the values of LVESD and LVEDD in the two groups were lower than that before treatment, while LVEF was higher than that before treatment. In the control group,LVESD and LVEDD had statistical significance before and after treatment(P < 0.05),while LVEF had no statistical significance before and after treatment(P > 0.05).The values of LVESD,LVEDD and LVEF before and after treatment in the treatment group were statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,LVESD in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, with statistical difference(P < 0.05).LVEDD in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group, and LVEF in the treatment group was also significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistical difference(P < 0.05).After treatment, the level of NT-proBNP in the two groups was lower than before treatment, and the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the level of the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).After treatment,galectin-3 level of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the level of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Control group and treatment group of Chinese medicine symptom integral down, compared with before treatment decreased compared with before treatment were statistically significant(P < 0.05),after treatment of two groups of integral, the treatment group was integral in the TCM symptom integral is better than that of the integral control group decreased, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment, the totaleffective rate of the control group was 68.97%.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 82.76%,indicating that the total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Guantong Decoction can improve the cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure and syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis, reduce LVESD and LVEDD level, and improve LVEF level.2.Guantong Decoction can make coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure and syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis patients with NT-proBNP levels and galectin-3 levels decreased.3.Guantong Decoction can improve the TCM symptoms of CHD patients with chronic heart failure and syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis. |
