Clinical Study On Treatment Of Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Diseases Of Damp-heat Stasis Type By Internal And External Combination Of TCM

Objective: This subject takes Professor Zhang Liangying’s experience prescription Xiaoyan No.1 orally taken with enema No.1 Preservation enema combined with internal and external treatment as observation group,and forms a contrast with Gynecological Qianjin Capsule,observes and summarizes the clinical efficacy of Professor Zhang Liangying’s internal and external treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of damp-heat stagnation type,thus objectively analyses and summarizes the experience of famous doctors,and explores a better curative effect,safety,reliability and ease.Methods for clinical application.Method: In this study,70 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of damp-heat stagnation type were collected and divided into two groups according to the principle of random distribution.35 patients in the observation group were given Professor Zhang Liangying’s experience prescription Xiaoyan No.1 orally combined with retention enema No.1,while 35 patients in the control group were only given Gynecological Qianjin Capsule(Zhuzhou Qianjin Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.).Both groups were treated with 2.For a course of treatment,the symptoms,signs and comprehensive effects of TCM before and after treatment were observed.Results:1.Comparisons of comprehensive clinical efficacy: There was significant difference between the two groups by rank sum test(P=0.003).The comprehensive curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of thecontrol group.The total effective rate was 91.42%.The total effective rate in the control group was 4,12,12 and 7,and the total effective rate was 80.00%.2.Comparing the curative effect of TCM symptoms: There was significant difference between the two groups by rank sum test(P=0.010).The curative effect of TCM symptoms in the observation group was better than that in the control group.The total effective rate was 91.42% in the observation group and 5,14,11 and 5 in the control group,respectively.The total effective rate was 85.71%.3.Comparing the curative effect of signs: There was significant difference between the two groups by rank sum test(P=0.004).The curative effect of signs in the observation group was better than that in the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.28% and that of the control group was 6,4,20 and 5,respectively.The total effective rate was 85.71%.4.The P values of TCM symptoms,signs and comprehensive scores before and after treatment in the two groups were all P < 0.001.The symptoms,signs and comprehensive effects of TCM in the two groups after treatment were significantly better than those before treatment.5.There was a correlation between the degree of illness and curative effect between the two groups.The degree of illness and curative effect were compared between the two groups.The curative effect of mild illness in the two groups was better than that of moderate and severe illness.There was no significant difference between the curative effect of moderate illness and that of severe illness in the two groups.The same degree of illness and curative effect were compared between the two groups.The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group in moderate and severe illness,but there was no significant difference between the curative effect of the observation group and that of the control group in mild illnessConclusion:1.Xiaoyan Formula 1 combined with enema No.1 and Gynecological Qianjin Capsule are both effective in treating sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of damp-heat stagnation type.Both of them can improve symptoms,signs andcomprehensive curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,but Xiaoyan Formula1 combined with enema No.1 is superior to Gynecological Qianjin Capsule in improving symptoms,signs and comprehensive curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine.2.For patients with mild clinical condition,both methods can be used,but from a simple point of view,Gynecological Qianjin Capsule can be used.3.For patients with moderate or severe illness,the observation group adopted internal and external combined treatment,and improved the clinical efficacy through multi-channel treatment.This method is suitable for patients with moderate or severe clinical illness.4.Xiaoyan No.1 recipe combined with enema No.1 recipe has no adverse reactions in the course of treatment.It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
