Objective: Through the Chaishao decotion in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites clinical study,to evaluate the clinical efficacy and feasibility. Methods: Using randomized controlled clinical trials,60 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases. The final test was completed in 60 cases. The control group was treated with western medicine, combining with entecavir dispersible tablets for antiviral treatment. On the basis of the treatment, the treatment group was treated with oral decoction and Chaishao decotion. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Patients were followed up at 12 weeks after the end of treatment. After the end of treatment,TCM syndrome scores, signs(urine volume, body mass),liver function(ALT,AST,TBIL,ALB),prothrombin temporal activity(PTA),abdominal color Doppler(portal diameter, spleen thickness),ascites B-ultrasound,liver hardness value(LSM)were compared before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 25.0 statistical software to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results: 1.In terms of comprehensive efficacy, the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 86.67% and 70%.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.In terms of syndrome efficacy, the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 93.33% and 70%.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.In terms of improving urine volume and body weight, both groups could increase urine volume and lose weight after treatment. The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).4.In terms of liver function,Liver function(ALT,AST,TBIL,ALB)improved after treatment in both groups. The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).5.In terms of coagulation function, the coagulation function of both groups improved after treatment. The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).6.In the abdominal color Doppler ultrasound, the two groups after treatment can not significantly improve the portal vein diameter, spleen thickness(P> 0.05).7.In the case of ascites B-ultrasound,after treatment, the ascites grading was improved in both groups. The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).8.In terms of liver hardness value, the Liver hardness value of both groups improved after treatment. The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).9.During the treatment, the two groups of patients had no obvious abnormalities in Blood routine,Stool routine, renal function, electrolytes and electrocardiogram.Chaishao decoction has no obvious side effects.10.The recurrence rate of ascites in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group at 12 weeks after the end of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Chaishao decoction has good clinical efficacy in treating ascites of hepatitis B cirrhosis. It is better than simple western medicine in improving clinical symptoms, liver function(ALT,AST,TBIL,ALB),prothrombin temporal activity(PTA),Liver hardness value, ascites grading.Chaishao decoction can reduce the recurrence rate of ascites without obvious side effects.2.Chaishao decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites:(1)belly as large as the drum, abdominal blue veins exposed;(2)flank rib pain,fixed;(3)ribs bulging discomfort;(4)abdominal fullness(5)thirst does not want to drink;(6)face color dark;(7)skin is wrong. The results show that Chaishao decoction is effective in improving the quality of life of this type of patients. The above symptoms and signs can be used as the basis for syndrome differentiation of Chaishao decoction.
