| Researchers all over the world pay more attention to the causality between cure of diseases and its treatment protocols among clinical research.In the practical analysis.confounding effect of multivariable interferes the exact relation between dependent variable and independent variable.Lasso(Least absolute shrinkage and selection operator)can effectively control the effects of multivariable confusion and excess covariates by constructing a penalty function and choosing appropriate filtering rules.2414 clinical samples of chronic-heart-failure patients were researched with method of Lasso,which mainly about the medical cost and treatment effect(survival time)under mutivariable condition of chronic-heart-failure patients who take the randomized method and integrated Chinese and western medicine.Furthermore,cost-effectiveness analysis was conducted.According to rlasso function in hdm package of R,we can find that average medical expenses of the whole patients and those who take integrated Chinese and western medicine are 4395 and 3910(RMB)respectively.Method of randomly assigned lengthens survival time of 2.808,and that of integrated Chinese and western medicine lengthens 3.74.All the results are statistically significant.Furthermore,their ratios under cost-effectiveness analysis are 1175 and 1392 respectively.The results indicate that integrated Chinese and western medicine prolongs life significantly and the smaller ratio should be chosen to be a better treating method,which means method of integrated Chinese and western medicine is more effective as a whole. |
