ObjectiveAcute lumbar sprain is a common clinical acute disease.The condition can be changed to chronic disease if the treatment time is delayed.There are many effective programs for treating this disease:non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug,Chinese herbs,acupuncture and moxibustion,massotherapy,physiotherapy and combined therapy.However,with the advancement of society and the improvement of people’s living standards,simple,fast and effective treatment programs are definitely favored by the majority of patients.In simple terms,acupuncture treatment is the first to bear the brunt,and its therapeutic effect is also reliable,acupuncture treatment research is also quite a lot.This study sought to explore the Analgesia time-effects of acupuncture at YaoTong Point combined with exercise therapy on acute lumbar sprain.MethodsThis was a randomly controlled test.All patients were from TCM department or Acupuncture Clinic in ShenZhen,57 patients were randomly divided into tow groups:29 cases of acupuncture group and 28 cases of control group.Among them,acupuncture group acupuncture bilateral YaoTong Points with strong stimulation of lifting-thrusting manipulation,about 1 minute,combined with exercise therapy of waist activity.Control group oral Fenbid ibuprofen sustained release capsule.Patient cooperation completed VAS score sheet and lumbar movement disorder score sheet.Double people entry in time to establish a database,using SPSS 20.0 for statistical analysis processing and statistical chart production.General analysis of the data and statistical inference:using a two-sided test,the test level a=0.05.Measurement data is expressed as mean±standard deviation(x±s).Before and after treatment were compared using paired t test.Comparison between groups using independent t-test.Grade data using Wilcoxon rank sum test.Count data was statistically described by X2 chi-square test.Result1.The study included 35 male patients and 22 female patients with a higher prevalence of 30-50 years.2.Internal comparison between the two groups.The VAS score and lumbar motion score were compared with those before treatment in the acupuncture group after 30 minutes and 120 minutes,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Indicated that the patient’ s lumbar pain was relieved after 30 minutes and 120 minutes of acupuncture treatment,and alsothe degree of lumbar motion was improved.The VAS score and lumbar motion score were compared with those before treatment in the control group 30 minutes after treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.There was no significant improvement in pain and lumbar motion after 30 minutes of oral ibuprofen treatment.The VAS score and lumbar motion score were compared with those before treatment in the control group 120 minutes after treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.It indicated that the patient’ s lumbar pain was relieved after 120 minutes of oral ibuprofen treatment,and the degree of lumbar motion was improved.3.Comparison between the two groups,clinical efficacy evaluation,acupuncture group and control group VAS score,lumbar activity score.After receiving treatment for 30 minutes and 120 minutes,the difference in efficacy between the two groups is P>0.01.Explain that the 30-minute and 120-minute acupuncture group,the relief of lumbar pain,and the improvement of lumbar activity was better than the control group.Conclusion1.Acupuncture at YaoTong Piont combined with exercise therapy and oral ibuprofen sustained-release capsules both have good curative effect on acute lumbar sprain.2.After 30 minutes of treatment,the acupuncture group had an effect on pain relief and improvement in lumbar activity and the control group had no effect on pain relief and improvement in lumbar activity.The acupuncture group had an earlier onset time than the control group.3.After 120 minutes of treatment,two groups both had an effect on pain relief and improvement of lumbar activity compared with before treatment,but the treatment effect of the acupuncture group was better than that of the control group.
