Objective To explore the clinical application value of the combination of 3D printing technology with da Vinci robot in nephrectomyMethods A total of 20 patients diagnosed with kidney cancer in The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected. In accordance with the principle of random distributionwe divided the patients into experimental group(10 cases)and control group(10 cases). The patients from both groups were taken Da Vinci robots nephrectomy treatment. After extracting ten patients’ DICT format file by CT examination before operation, processing the data, printing their 3D kidney model, telling the doctors and patients about the operation plan that the model would be used as guidance in the following operation,we took the ten cases as the experimental group. We took the rest ten cases without 3D printing kidney model as the control group, making plans for surgery and preoperative communication between doctors and patients according to the CT or MRI examination results. The renal artery occlusion time, operative time, length of hospital stay, blood loss, postoperative pathological findings, positive margins, preoperative and postoperative creatinine and creatinine elevations, and complicationsbetween the two groups were compared. Results No significant differences in age, gender, tumor size, and tumor side between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).No significant differences in renal pedicle blockade time, length of hospital stay, preoperative creatinine level, creatinine level after 1 day and creatinine elevation after operation(P>0.05).Comparing with control group, intraoperative blood loss is significantly lower and operation time is significantly less in experimental group, and the differences are statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion a.The 3D printed kidney model can be used for NSS reoperative doctor-patient communication.b.The 3D printed kidney model can assist doctor in preoperative planning and surgical plans.c.The combination of 3D printing technology with Da Vinci robots to retain nephron surgery can shorten the operation time, reduce intraoperative blood loss, improve the surgical effect, and reduce the risk of surgery. It is worthy of clinical recommendations. |
