| The medical service industry is related to people’s life and health,people’s happiness,social stability and development.The development of the medical service industry is an important embodiment of a country’s social development level.Because the medical service industry has the characteristics of high technology and high risk,it also has special requirements for its staff.In the face of various special requirements and pressures,the job satisfaction of medical staff has become a social,organizational,hospital managers and other issues of concern.It can b e said that only by improving the job satisfaction of medical staff,can medical staff devote more enthusiasm to their work,promote the improvement of the quality of medical services,and thus improve patient satisfaction..Z Hospital is a third-class hospital,as the main body of providing medical services,its development status and service level play a representative role in the whole medical service industry.Therefore,this paper specifically chooses Z Hospital as the object of study.This paper introduces the current situation of research on employee satisfaction at home and abroad,provides theoretical basis for the study,and illustrates the methods and ideas of research on employee satisfaction.This paper introduces the general situation of Z Hospital and the current situation of medical staff,analyses the factors of medical staff’s dissatisfaction in their work by means of questionnaire and interviews,and analyses the problems of staff satisfaction management,which are mainly reflected in the weak role of salary incentive,the mere formality of assessment,the emphasis on training and management.The way is lack of humanization.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve employee satisfaction,including improving salary performance distribution mechanism,strengthening training and career management,and strengthening the humanization of management.Finally,it puts forward the safeguard measures for Z hospital staff satisfaction.This study can help Z Hospital to clarify the gap between the needs of employees and reality,find problems in staff management,formulate solutions,improve employee satisfaction,enhance organizational cohesion,and better serve patients. |
